Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers often mention finding incredible deals and very affordable flight options, making last-minute travel much easier to manage successfully. Travelers frequently praise the friendly and supportive staff for going above and beyond to ensure completely smooth and stress-free arrangements.
However, some reviewers were not happy with the booking process, noting that ticket prices unexpectedly doubled shortly after initial purchase or reservations lacked proper confirmation numbers. A few other people also felt that customer support could be quite unhelpful and rude when attempting to resolve these sudden price increases.

My wife and I booked and paid for a couple of tickets with Lafetravel. The day after we received a phone call from someone at Lafetravel. The lady’s accent was very hard to understand. They said there was no seats on the flight we booked and that they would offer us a direct flights instead for which we had to pay 3 times the price. The tickets went from 400 cad to over 1000 USD. We were told that we could not cancel or be reimbursed. By then I understood it was a scam and politely mentioned that something was not right. I asked the lady where they were based. She said Wyoming. I said I would call my bank straight away to cancel the payment. Instantly she said she would send us a cancellation email. That was quite a swift turnaround. I went online and read about that exact scam in the same fashion and order. It left a bad taste in our mouths. Careful!!!
Very efficient service. Also, compassionate. Will definitely use this service again. Special thanks to Chris.

I liked they contacted me in what's up to tell me there was a problem and then tried to solve it.
But difficult case because I wasn't able to get what I have bought originally. It wasn't possible.

Caution: Promised Prices and Tickets Not Delivered
Canceled my flight booking a month after I received confirmation from them. I could have bought tickets for the same price from another party but decided to try with them. Bad decision and very disappointed. Not trustworthy, sell tickets that they do not have or for prices that they cannot promise.
