The dress was nothing like pictured on the website. I had to take it to a seamstress to see if they could fix it and because of the many changes that needed to be made I decided to buy another dress elsewhere. The waist did not sit where it was supposed to. The ruffles or fringe on the top was much bigger than pictured on the website. There were several messy fabric cuttings or untrimmed fabric on the top ruffles. It was a huge upset since the amount of money did not amount to a good quality dress.

Dear Kristin, your order was sent out on April 21st and was delivered on May 2nd. Because you chose the standard shipping method, it usually takes 5-12 business days for us to deliver the order to you.
Order never dispatched
I placed an order on Apr 13th, estimated dispatch date provided was Apr 22nd and expected would be around May 2nd. I then reached out to expedite the shipping since my daughter's event is on May 2nd. On Apr 28th upon following up multiple times, they tell me headband was missing and didn't dispatch the order. What ridiculous reason was that? Utterly disappointed and would not purchase anything from them

The processing time stated on the website for a custom fit was accurate and I received my daughter's dress within the expected time frame. The dress is perfectly sized (thank you SO much!) and the material and quality are top notch and beautiful!

The quality of the dress exceeded expectations! The measurements of the custom dress were spot on and the dress fits perfectly. The delivery was a little longer than expected, but that wasn't surprising seeing as it was coming from China. As a whole the experience with LalaMira was outstanding!!

My overall experience was OK, it was very easy to purchase the items ( girl dress, shoes, and gloves). The quality is very good, but id did have to return the dress since it did not fit properly. I had a hard time finding the procedure for return but once i found the correct email address the send a return label right away. There is a $10 fee for return/shipping.
