Reviewers overwhelmingly had a great experience with this company. Customers frequently mention that the official website is extremely easy to navigate and finding the correct replacement parts for various custom lighting projects is simple. Consumers also deeply appreciate the knowledgeable, friendly customer service and fast shipping, noting that orders consistently arrive securely packaged on time. However, some people mentioned that certain product shipments were unexpectedly delayed or placed on backorder for quite a long period. A few other people also felt that specific components did not fit properly together or encountered unhelpful responses when asking for technical assistance.
Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only.I had a decorative outdoor LED security light fail. its a model that is no longer in production, so I needed to replace the LED system. The kit that LED Supply recommended did fit and was easy to install. The light matches the others around the house.
Ordered wrong light color. They were very helpful in the return and reorder of correct light strip.
This is everything you need to string Puck lights in our 91 GNC Ralley. Enough lights to do two rows, plus a couple singles by the bed. We use rocker (off,on) to control the main lights, and the single lights are controlled by dimmers. Nice setup for us. Glad we found you, and makes it easy to install.
I wasn’t quite sure what lights and accessories I needed, but I described my project and their staff recommended what I should get. They were exactly right with their recommendation and my project turned out great!!
Your company correctly diagnosed the problem, shipped the right parts, and sent install instructions that were accurate - what more could I ask?
LED Supply had everything I needed and the website did a great job explain each component. Went together like it had eyes. Project turned out great. Couldn't be happier.
Easy hook up & works great, just ordered another one!! Mike G
Ordering process went well. Product arrived in good time. Product itself had very sparse documentation which makes employing it more difficult than expected.
The parts I received did not correspond as described on the website. For example, the lenses for the led tracks were the wrong size. I called to find a solution and was met with customer service that was both unfriendly and unhelpful. A very disappointing experience with LEDSupply.
We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations. After reviewing the interaction, our support team initially asked for photos of the lenses you received so we could verify the fitment issue and replace any incorrect parts if necessary. While reviewing the order, our team also discovered that the LED strip and track profile you ordered were not compatible with one another. Unfortunately, we do not currently offer a matching track option for that specific strip type. Once this was explained, we advised that the order could be returned by including the order number with the shipment, as we do not use RMA numbers for returns. We have emailed a return shipping label to help make the return process easier. We understand the situation was frustrating and apologize that the experience left you disappointed. Customer satisfaction is important to us, and we always aim to provide accurate guidance and support in resolving compatibility issues as quickly as possible.
Great company. Never disappointed longtime customer. Thank you!!!
The parts worked great. The guy who helped me was very helpful.
The people who you talk to (or email) there are helpful and know what they are talking about.
I had many questions about my custom project to use LEDs for headlights in a 1/8 scale railroad locomotive. Scott Cameron was very helpful and patient with my questions that allowed me to identify all of the components needed for my project.
Lots of hardware and they also help educate you on finding just the right part. Such a great resource. Thanks!
Miscellaneous parts shipped very quickly. Good quality. I get all my LED stuff from LEDSupply.
A gentleman took my call. His name was David. He was very polite, patient and helpful to a lady that was'nt very knowledgeable about electronics. with his help I got the correct adapter and cord I needed. I looked and called many places and none of them were able help me. Now I am able to use my lamp again. So happy I found your company. I Tell everyone about it. Thank you.
LEDSupply was quick to reply to a pre-purchase question I had, and got me the info I needed. The order was shipped quickly and the LED strip was exactly what I needed to replace the worn out one under my camper awning.
