Well, I got what I ordered, and all the lights outsied my garage are now lit.

The ordering was easy

The ordering was easy. The web site for a novice was easy to navigate. The parts that I needed were not in stock, was notified right away about it. The length of time that they stated and the delivery was a lot faster than expected. The kit to fix the light was very easy to install. Great job all around.

I ordered the LED Retrofit Kit for Outdoor Light Fixtures Options: Color Temperature : 3000K Warm White It was easy to order. The shipment took a while because it was out of stock. However when it arrived, it was easy to installed. The light was brighter than my other one but I prefer that better. Happy customer. Will order again.

Wish I'd discovered them sooner

Excellent products of quality and price point difficult to find elsewhere. Shipping was a bit slower than the giant A has trained us to expect, but perfectly reasonable.

Shipping challenges

I placed an order that included expedited shipping. I frequently checked the tracking number and the package wasn’t being picked up. I contacted led supply and after a week it was determined that my order was missing. It was refilled and sent off. Realizing that this time I didn’t get expedited shipping I had to contact them requesting a refund for the fee that I previously paid. Since then I’ve placed two more orders and the shipping appears to also be delayed.

Good value

good parts, decent price. Would give 5 stars but the part I wanted has been out of stock forever and had to settle for a different temp color, and I hate these constant e surveys.
