It was easy to use and up to date. However, I think that the company would be more successful if you charged by the document instead of trying to coax people into a subscription. It should be an option to buy just what you need. The current set up just almost forces folks to sign up for the $1.00 trial and then cancel.

The results were "adequate," considering there was no net cost to me because of the "free" 7-day period. However, when the doc printed out, I found some confusing parts and also certain info that was not asked for when I was online preparing the doc. I do appreciate that it was easy to cancel.

I liked the amount of templates that were contained in the site. I didn't like that I had to subscribe and submit a debit card to use 1 template for a recommendation letter. I would consider using the site again, if needed, because it allowed me to cancel the subscription as soon as I was finished.
