HP Polymeric Matte laminate
HP Polymeric Matte laminate. Ordered 10 rolls and they have gummed up adhesive that shows up in the prints. I can give you pictures on Monday. We've ordered over 150 rolls of this material from you in the last few years. I'm not very happy, considering we stopped using HP Optimal Gloss GRP for quality issues as well.

Tried your company out for the first time. It was reported you had 3 day delivery, which wasn’t true. Only one item out of three got delivered on time, 3 days. The rest was supposed to be here today but as of 7:47 pm PST, no package. The real crux is I paid 10% more through you than my usual supplier. I felt it was worth it to get it in a rush, 3 days. Now, you are no faster than my reliable supplier is, maybe less. Supposed to be believed today but so far no show. Doubt I will be using you again. Sloppy work!’

I ordered a roll of sunset hot press…
I ordered a roll of sunset hot press paper as I've done many times before on 8/13. Usually it takes 1-2 days to arrive. It's now 8/20 and it still hasn't arrived. Tracking orginally said it would arrive yesterday, then today, and now it says tomorrow. I called Lexjet, and the guy I spoke to this morning said he would look into it and either email me or call me back, but he never did.

item never arrived. had to call and request refund. listen to the call, the lady literally never even apologized. someone else emailed me and said a warehouse closed down and caused the issue. first and last attempt doing business
