I ordered adhesive-backed paper and…

I ordered adhesive-backed paper and backlit film from LexJet, and—brace yourself—they sent me exactly what I ordered. The adhesive-backed paper is, in fact, backed with adhesive, and the backlit film actually works when you put light behind it. Apparently, words still have meaning somewhere. The order arrived quickly, everything was packaged properly, and the materials printed beautifully. Honestly, it was all very inconvenient because now I have absolutely nothing to complain about. LexJet has once again demonstrated a complete lack of respect for my right to be disappointed. Five stars, reluctantly. LOL!

Lack of communication poses issues

Ordered my item, shown in stock with 3day delivery, and 5 days later I sent an email to Lexjet asking about the status and it was at that point I was notified it was on back order. If I was notified, this would not be as big of an issue as I could have placed an additional order else where if need be. I am now in a situation where I will be delayed on my orders and I have to send delayed emails to my clients.

Really appreciate the quick response…

Really appreciate the quick response time on getting the canvas roll here in record time! We ran out and, in our business, as an Art Gallery, we depend on our printer to replace Limited-Edition Giclée's, as they are purchased, for our customers. Thank you LexJet!!
