Recommending not to purchase
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the dresses I recently ordered from your company. Upon receiving them, I discovered they were vastly different from what was advertised. The fabric is poor quality, resembling curtains, and the dresses do not match the length or quality depicted online. Despite my attempts to resolve this issue with your customer service team, I was offered a minimal refund of 8$ while my order was worth 100$.After my confrontation with customer service, you abruptly ceased responding. I am deeply disappointed in your company's lack of transparency and poor customer service, and I strongly advise against purchasing from you in the future.

I wish I read these reviews before placing an order. I ordered clothes one size bigger than my normal size but I received clothes so small that I could barely put one. Customer service appalling, they stopped responding when I asked to return my items. Stay away from this company.
Do not buy their products
Do not buy their products. They are a SCAM!!!! My dress is not linen, it's poorly made, had soil on it. No way to return or exchange it!
Terrible quality and customer experience
Had a terrible experience. The quality of the sewing on the top and skirt I ordered was low and therefore the fit was terrible. The fabric was also see-through so unwearable. Didn't look like the photos at all. I wanted to return the items but it is very unclear how to do so from their website. What it does say is there is only a 14 day return period. So I emailed them within a few days of receiving the items, but they didn't get a reply. I chased twice and eventually got a reply asking me to send photos. Then I did promptly but got no reply. Still nothing...

I do not recommend ordering products from them. the clothes are different from those in the photos. returns policy is troublesome. The clothes received have nothing to do with those in the photos!!!!
Extremely Disappointing Experience - Unresponsive Customer Service
I recently purchased several items and unfortunately, the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The clothes I received were the wrong size and the real issue began when I tried to initiate a return. According to their return policy, customers have 14 days from the receipt of the items to return them. I followed their instructions and emailed customer service for return details, but after sending five emails, I received absolutely no response. It’s been incredibly frustrating trying to get in touch with them. The lack of response and support is completely unacceptable. Not only are they ignoring my repeated attempts to contact them, but they are also making it impossible for me to exercise my right to a return within the specified timeframe. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing from to think twice. Their customer service is virtually non-existent, and they do not honor their own return policies. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have ever had.
Do not order from this website
Do not order from this website. Items are hit and miss. However, the worse part is that they sent the correct items but instead of size small they sent extra large. They do not respond to numerous emails. Save your money. Contacting your credit card will get them to answer and they’ll offer a $10 refund and you get to keep the item that’s clearly too big to wear. They will insist to the credit card that they sent you the correct item.
Poor customer service
Products were good quality, how ever despite many many many email to this company regarding a size exchange they stopped responding and failed to help me in any way. According to their websites the support size exchanges but this was clearly not followed through. I'm not overall happy with this experience
Really bad customer service
Really bad customer service, I have bought a twopiece that is not fitting me eventhough its L (i am normally M). The quality is very cheap. I have emailed them 3 times still havnt recieved a return address. Never will buy from them again.

Yep. Scam. Not linen. Awful garments with tags stating 100% polyester. Wish I had read reviews.
Not real photos of product
If we could rate them negative stars we would. Terrible quality fabric, doesn't look like the pictures and the customer service is terrible. Please do yourself a favor and don't shop here. None of it is real. I asked to return and they offered me $10 to keep it all because "shipping is expensive". If it wasn't all trash I payed $100 for I wouldn't bother.

everything written below is true. do not purchase from this site. i ordered 2 outfits. they emailed saying one was out of stock and to pick a replacement. i requested a refund, they agreed. never heard back from them and never received the other garment i ordered. they havn't responded to any of my emails except the first one. totally ghosted. how do we escalate this further? total scam of a company.
I received the item ordered
I received the item ordered, the dress was very low quality. I asked to return it. The policy states that I have 14 days to return the item. They offered to refund me $7 for an item worth $40 and keep the dress. I refused and asked the process to return the item and get full refund. They have stopped replying to me. I've emailed them everyday for 10 days and they are still ignoring my request to return the item!
You get what you paid for
Clothes mostly ok and sent to you in a timely manner. But you get what you paid for when it comes to quality and sizes not very accurate. One dress came with sleeve stitching undone. Contacted linen stylish twice, absolutely no response. Will never buy from them again, poor customer service
Order Never Shipped, Tracking Doesn't work
Order "ships" from China, I get an email from Seel saying my item is shipped, when I tried tracking it and it just said label created for a week over a week. I reached out to service @ linenstylish.com and they respond by saying my order will ship within 3 days. I give them the benefit of the doubt, and try tracking my order and the tracking just says no information can be found, no matter how and where I track it. It's been 22 days since my initial order, and I still don't have the physical product. Do not buy from here.
Don't trust this website
No products, no money back. Nobody answers the email! I reported them on reportfraud ftc gov Please do the same!
Sweatshop labor clothes, won't let you review.
Sweatshop labor quality, overpriced scam. Fees to return abroad make it unreasonable to return. Offered me $7 for $50 purchase. Not an American company.
Scam!
My items arrived and look absolutely horrible. Nothing like the pictures! I'm so mad, they offered four times a low refund if I wouldn’t send the items back. I ordered for over $180.. Now they are not responding at my e-mails anymore and blocked me on Instagram. Can’t believe they getaway with this.
