Ordered a spare key for my car
Ordered a spare key for my car. Whole process was shit. I ordered Wednesday night, not order status at all. I emailed, talked to a bot and called. No response I’m genuinely so annoyed. It’s now Monday and I accidentally called a different seller and they redirected me to a better contact number, finally get a person after almost a week and it mostly gets resolved. I’m only so annoyed because I paid for 2 day delivery and the service was just ass. I’m never buying from them again ngl the customer service sucks too much .

The web pages are good and the ordering process was straightforward. The Xhorse xc-009 was delivered in a timely manor. I'll be using them as a resource for consumables and machines.

I ordered the ninja pro key Programer
I ordered the ninja pro key Programer. I had a hard time using it, it doesn’t work as it should, very laggy, after I get it to add a key to my Mazda cx9 2019, the Programer wanted me to join a membership, to able to keep making other copies, in another words it only let me use it ones for free. After spending hours trying to get it to communicate with my Mazda for a second time, it would not finish accessing to communication with the stabilizer. After while I gave up and decided to return the unit. I was charged 150.00 which includes 20 percent restock fee and 25.00 for trying to box away, after 3 weeks. Not worth you money and your while. Find another Programer.

The 20% restocking fee and the $25 repackaging fee were applied in accordance with the condition in which the item was received and the work required to process it back into inventory. Bad Business
This company sent me a Keyless remote for my car. When the locksmith tried programing it, it said damaged key on my instrument panel. And now tiring to get a refund is the most ridiculous process I have ever done.

i bought xhorxe 005l dolphin II and key reader and 3 days later they called me and told me they dont have it in stock but it will be in 3 weeks so i cancelled the order but the worst par is that they keep selling the same product and is not in stock.
