Eka is super patient, and very helpful as well. And has a way of giving you lots of information in a calmly manner that makes it all seem less intimidating and easy to follow. Post onboarding she made me an entire to-do list I can easily follow which is very helpful.

Hung was exceptionally helpful, patient and knowledgeable. I could not have managed without this Onboarding. There is so much to learn and I would like to have had even more than the two hours included in the membership. Perhaps this should be an optional extra at an extra cost. I look forward to working with the support team if they are as good as the Onboarding Specialist.

When I signed up to Lodgify, I was a little worried that the platform would take a long time to set up, as it was all completely new to me. As part of my subscription, I received a complimentary one-on-one onboarding session to help me navigate and set up my Lodgify account. Hung Nguyen Gia was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and made what initially felt overwhelming much easier to understand. The recorded Google Meet session was especially valuable, as there was a lot of information to take in, and being able to refer back to it has made the setup process so much easier. I really appreciated the support and would highly recommend both Lodgify and Hung to anyone getting started.

I can confidently recommend Lodgify as the absolute best Channel Management Platform to seamlessly integrate and manage multiple booking platforms with one or many properties. I have experience managing multiple properties on multiple platforms before Lodgify. I tried Lodgify's leading competitor for 14 days and experienced many issues, so I made the switch to Lodgify. I had an extremely disappointing experience with the recruitment process. I was scheduled for a video interview on Google Meet. I joined the meeting on time and waited for the entire 30-minute slot, but the recruiter never showed up. After the meeting, I emailed her to ask what had happened. Surprisingly, she replied that she had also been waiting in the meeting and that nobody had joined. This made no sense, as I had joined the exact Google Meet link that she had created and sent to me. She then claimed that she had sent me an email beforehand to inform me of an issue and suggested it had probably gone to my spam folder. I checked carefully, including my spam folder, and there was absolutely nothing. Every previous email from her had always arrived in my main inbox without any problem. She rescheduled the interview for two days later. Unfortunately, the exact same thing happened again. She never joined the meeting, and this time she hadn't even created a Google Meet link. Since we had agreed on the interview time by email, I took the initiative to create a Google Meet myself and sent her an invitation. Despite that, she still never joined. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable. Candidates invest time preparing for interviews, organizing their schedules, and making themselves available, only to be left waiting without any explanation. It shows a complete lack of respect for applicants. I want to make it clear that this review is not directed at Lodgify as a company, but at the recruitment process and the lack of professionalism shown by the people responsible for hiring. I sincerely hope this experience is taken seriously and that future candidates are treated with the respect and professionalism they deserve.

We had an onboarding call with Hung today and it was one of the most useful hours we've spent on our Lodgify setup. He came prepared, had clearly done a deep dive into our actual listings beforehand, and walked us through practical, specific fixes rather than generic advice. He explained the reasoning behind each recommendation clearly, followed up with a full written summary and next steps straight after the call, and clearly wanted to make sure we were getting the most out of the platform. Great combination of technical knowledge and patience, meeting us exactly where we were at, tech-wise, two hosts of a certain vintage, and never making us feel silly for it. Would recommend Hung to anyone getting set up on Lodgify, he made a genuinely dense topic manageable and extremely actionable.
