Janet Lopez was a God sent without a doubt. She did such an awesome job helping us set things up and spent the time with us in order to do so. She’s very knowledgeable at her job. There is a lot to do and learn and she made it so much easier! We are navigating through all the different things that are offered and learning what’s, what. It is easy to navigate once you learn it and we haven’t really had any major issues yet. Onboarding is a must and more then 2 one hour sessions would be more beneficial. Also, it would be nice to be able to talk to a person on the weekends if needed though. And the time zone is a pain when you need help with something. Still not sold on AI.

Amazing service. They provided one-on-one sessions based on our business requirements and tailored a website for us, showing us step-by-step how to connect with other channels.
We were able to launch immediately on the second day and received new bookings from new channel within a week. That is really a huge thrill for us! I really appreciate their time and efforts.

Hung was very generous with his knowledge during this onboarding session. I had done quite a bit to get across the platform before the session, but he helped me understand a number of features that I had not fully understood. He really listened to my objectives with using the platform and tailored the session to me. I would recommend doing this session.
