Due to my very limited technical skills, we have been fine tuning my listings & the follow up delivery of emails & videos have been very helpful.
The booking process is very simple & once I get my head around the automated delivery of their messages I feel it will be amazing.

The team is overseas. they say you can call them but they never pick up. as a western business owner a team of foreigners will drive you crazy. they do automatic updates which change your settings regularly. recently I had the experience of automated messages being sent to my guests which i did not approve. it was some automatic template they had set up. just a huge problem for them to think about the customer. many times i emailed them to let them know about glitches and problems with their system. onboarding with lodgify was not simple and i did not feel it was explained very well. once set up it was easier but there are many problems. now that I have had enough i am attemping to delete and close my account but it seems you cannot even do that. you need to send a request to cancel which i have done 2 days ago and still not heard back. in the meantime they have charged me the next month fee for my properties which are not even operating. even to leave them is painful, difficult and just a nonesense.

I no longer have access to my account, I no longer use the service and the company refuses to stop billing me. Don't use these criminals. There are too many great options out there. OwnerRez, Hospitable, Hostaway, Guesty, and Smoobu to name a few. I have been dealing with support for days and they refuse to stop billing me despite knowing I am not the account owner. I've begged for them to close the account and stop billing me but they refuse. The demand I reach out to whoever has the account now to get them to pay. I am not their collection service.
