Now let's get something straight up front it's who you deal with before you say scam fraud or anything else multi-technology surveillance security cameras LLC has had the best experience with Frank Myers Frank Myers do everything in his ability to make sure everything is correct and prompt he take his time he bring innovative ideas to the project he's the best that I know of he works with me from my website to my Logos to anything I ask he works it out also if he have new ideas for the business he bring it to the table and also he does fair pricing and he works hard at what he do he works at night he makes sure he call me during the day email me and everything so the company is not a scam the company is not a fraud it's who you deal with and now they have upgraded to New Management now before it was kind of obvious some things was going on but they have updated the management once they got that straightened out everything rolls fine now so this is the best company to design and do your logo and do your website and plus they got more to offer on top of that some prices could be adjust and work with which they don't mind doing so it's a strong company and also you can put it on your taxes so that's how you know they legit you know it's a write-off yeah you might have bad experience before in the past but ask for Frank Myers and his team will do their best to get exactly what you need and hands down I can't praise the guys enough my logo stands out it hit customers right in their face and my website stands out and it hit a customer right in the face and it does awesome exactly what I asked for exactly what the company needed and we got more projects to do in the near future and we always have add-ons they always keep me updated before time before the last minute if something about to be outdated or it's a issue they always inform me always contact me always call me very communicative so I think Frank Myers for being an amazing and ProActive at what he do he's a very great artist and seller and a trustworthy family man so that's the designer that you need to ask for is Frank Myers he can have many clients but he makes sure he take care each client and he treat his clients like family like never before and that's the honest truth it doesn't get no better than that and that's straight from the ❤️ one love always and forever Multi Technology Surveillance Security Cameras LLC keep doing a great job!!!!! My end-to-end service was highly professional, transparent, and cost-saving effective compared to other market rates. BEWARE!!!

BEWARE!!!! I would have given this organization .5 if it was possible. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS ORGANIZATION WITHOUT READING THE FINE PRINT ON THE CONTRACT. First off - I didn't receive anything in 30 minutes except for a headache and much regret. I purchased their second largest package. The first round of designs were no good but I figured I'd go through a round of revisions to give them the benefit of the doubt. They accidentally sent me another organizations logos which were oddly very similar to mine. That's a bit of a breach for me so right there, red flag!!! The revisions I detailed for them were not done despite me being as specific as possible and for that reason I asked for my money back. Declined! Despite their website saying 100% money back guarantee and client satisfaction guarantee that isn't the case. They refused to give me my money back but instead provided me with a new project manager. I had to go through the whole process again - this time I found one logo out of 6 that was decent. I provided some revisions and they were not done properly. I didn't have the energy to deal with this so I figured I'd get the files and edit them myself. There are no real intuitive designers/artists here - I guess you get what you pay for in the lowest form here. Anyways - I chose one, and then before they would release the files I ALREADY PAID FOR they sent me to their 'legal department' to try to convince me I couldn't get the design files without purchasing a copyright on the logo and name - a name I created and again, files I already paid for. I declined that 250+ US Dollar expense and contacted the Canadian Intellectual Property Office. First off, you don't purchase a copyright for a business/program logo and name, that happens organically when you use it publicly. You can get a copyright for content, but again, once you write something or use it - essentially there is your copyright. If it's your content you created and shared, there you go. Second off, if you want to TRADEMARK anything there is a professional process you have to go through and that expense has to be paid directly (in Canada's case) to the CIPO or wherever you live, whoever monitors there - likely a government body. So that pissed me off and immediately I'm thinking THIS IS A SCAM. So please, do not fall for it!!! After I brought my concerns up to the project manager, and let them know I contacted the Canadian Intellectual Property Office and what they were feeding me was bullsh*t, they released the logo. HOWEVER - I did purchase a package and at this point, I still don't have the other things they promised but c'est la vie. You win some you lose some, I'll redo the logo myself and next time I'll either pay for an actual designer or I'll do a better job of researching the online company I am purchasing from. I hope this helps something in the future.

I was waiting for the logo for few days and did not get it. When I applied for the refund, they provided low quality logo. Never got money back, the logo was not useful - bad quality. I just lost my money. They also probably sold my data, and I was receiving scam phone calls from someone, saying he is an ex worker of them.

Logo was fine - Resulting Telemarketing Annoying!

Logo was fine, but this company has called my phone dozens of times at least with telemarketing. I would avoid them for that reason.

Dont order logo

I orderd logo from them. They just gave me copied design from Google and when i requested refund they stop replying to me. Now I am waiting for refund from 10 days.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

I paid for logo and then they told me that i need to pay 2X more than initial amount for its patent. I paid for patent and now they want me to pay more to get the logo registered for 5 years. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. i am not sure why didn't i catch them earlier in the process from their behavior. These people know all the tricks. they keep you hanging for 3-6 months so that you can not even dispute the transactions of our payment that you made to these thieves. save your time and money. I wish i had checked reviews before giving out my money.

Scam… whatever you do, do NOT give contact info

Not sure how these people got my number but they call and harass me several times a week. I’ve never signed up for there service and ask repeatedly to be removed from their calling list and they don’t care. Just keep calling as if I would ever do business with a company with these morals. These reviews are probably faje! I wouldn’t trust anything from them.

Best company EVER! FRFR!

I'm gonna be honest, I googled this company bf I pd them to design my logo and found some pretty bad stuff written about them and I'm writing to say that every bad review I read is complete BS! These guys, nick especially went the total extra mile to not only design the logo I had in my mind but to do it in a timely fashion. They have communicated w me through email, text messaging, and phone calls prolly 20 times in the past 2 days. I strongly recommend using this company and don't even mind leaving my cell phone number here if u wanna verify w me. Its 6156187010. My name is Michael. God bless yall!

This company is TERRIBLE

This company is TERRIBLE! I paid for the service where 6 edits were allowed. Upon give my initial qualifications of what I was looking for in my logo design the first iteration was everything I said I didn’t want in forms of color and look and feel. When I connected with my project manager Neek instead of taking my concerns to heart he tried to sell me another product instead of delivering on the product that I had already paid for. His response was to put more designers on the project and really give me a custom feel logo however all I received was clipart that I was able to find in word with different color changes instead of a true custom logo. When I requested a refund I was told I would receive within 15 business days that was on October 1. It is now October 25 and I have yet to receive a refund nor have they respond to my three emails in which I have requested an update. I am now in the process of submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau as this company is a fraudulent company that does not produce a product for paid services nor refund when they do not meet their obligation. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Don't Waste Your Money

Designer has been rude, unresponsive, and has an attitude. What should be a positive experience has been the worst experience of the business. I believe you'll be better going anywhere else. Feel like I wasted $180.

Mediocre

Mediocre, boring designs. You can literally make the logos they make yourself so no use in hiring them and they are not up front about additional fees. Also the guy James that was in charge of my logo told me there is $350 fee to trademark the logo for California. It’s only $70 so that was a lie. It does however cost close to $300 for a National trademark but he just told me this was for the state I live in. They refused a refund once I told them no thank you due to the overpricing. But that’s my fault because I should have done my homework before even utilizing their company. I do not recommend them at all.

Terrible experience!!! Design concepts are just ripped off clip art from the internet. They say 100% customer satisfaction and now they won’t give me a refund.
