I had a TERRIBLE experience with this team. I asked for a cartoon logo of me holding esthetician tools for my social media. The logo they gave me looked nothing like me they didnt include any of my facial features. I have a whole tattoo sleeve. I sent multiple CLEAR pictures of my tattoos and they still didnt even really attempt to make it look similar even a little bit. They put nail clippers and pliers in my logo (which is definitely not included in esthetics) even though i sent them plenty examples of REAL esthetician tools. They charged me $165 for BS!!! I got another logo made from someone else on instagram and they gave me exactly what i wanted the first time no revisions needed for only $85 !!! then threatened to sue me after i said i was going to leave a bad review for their terrible service. I wish i could add pictures so you guys could understand my frustration. They refused a refund for me so im writing a bad review for you guys hoping you dont make the same mistake I did .
If i could give a minus 5 stars i would. I was led to believe that logo creation was "original" designs but i found the designs sent to me available on google. When I requested a full refund i was met with harassment from the so called designer. When I contacted the company I was told a manager would be in touch as well as the billing department- no one called, no refund even though the site says 100% guaranteed and money back. I was only met with more harassment from the designer. When I contacted the company again and spoke with someone named Justin he blew me off stating billing would call me. When i asked for the number to contact them he said its on the website and then never answered me again. I expect a full refund in the amount that i paid in full in good faith. They lack professionalism and when you request a refund blow you off and just ignore you. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
They have no idea what they are doing nor do they know how to write and/or speak English. You will lose your money. Also, the reviews here are almost all copied and pasted which means they are FAKE. Don't trust any review that is in a grey box.
It was a very good experience learn something about starting a new business that I didn’t know and they helped me along the way I’m very satisfied with everything and happy a choose them

This company is a scam! I paid them to do some work on a trademark logo for my company. Long story short it’s been four years and they still have not paid me back the $300 I initially had to pay them for work they never completed! Work was wrong, sloppy and not what I wanted and they have refused to send me back my initial $300. I did end up going to another company which was so much better and more professional. Do not use this company and I’m convinced many “good reviews” are put in by employees of the company who have to leave good reviews to make this business seem legit. It is a scam, so not give them any of your hard earned money!
Thank you for all your help. Bradley was the best representative. I will be back because again for another logo. I will be contacting Bradley personally again. Thank you again for all the help and expertise.

I wanted to get a "brand" for my business goods so I went to Logo in 30 Minutes. I was assigned a point of contact to take care of my needs. I filled out a questionaire to help them decide which direction to go with the logo and I was so pleased with the results. The next day I had a logo and in my case I wanted it as-is so no design changes were needed. The whole process was simple and painless. My contact, Nick, also helped me further with my business and he will be registering my logo and helping me get my e-commerce off the ground. Fantastic assistance and personable people to work with, I cannot recommend this company enough.
