Worst customer service ever. Orderd a toy, the package could not be delivred due to legal reasons, I asked for a refund, only got the refund without the shipping costs. Showed them the information I got from the shipping company where it is clearly stated that could not deliver due to legal reasons of a package that could not be cleared.

I’ve very torn about this
I’ve very torn about this. The vibe portion, yes, it vibrates and works good however, the app….i wish it was so much better. First, my husband and I are sitting next to each other figuring it out. I am the primary user on my phone and I invited him to the app. It kept disconnecting from his app. The only way for him to control it, is for him to just move the dial. There’s no way for him to make a pattern or alternate the 4 existing patterns. I just don’t like that he has to move the dial/joy stick around for the vibrations instead of pushing a button to change a pattern. I wish it came with a remote. That was one of the things I was hoping for when looking for a new vibe. I knew it didn’t come with one, that has nothing to do with my review but I do wish it was an option. My last vibe was app based only and now their app is no longer available ‘in my area’ and nothing I can do about it. The stars came off because of the app. The song part…yes, it vibrates but it has nothing to do with the song, tempo or beat. I think it just vibrates. It’s got a 2-3 second delay in starting and stopping when a song ends. So maybe the vibrations are 2-3 seconds off too?? Not sure, but it’s nothing I could do use on.
Recommendation for long-distance relationship
Bought this for a long distance kink relationship and I absolutely love it. The app works great and I like that the maximum vibration level is adjustable so that it stays subtle enough for use in public. The size of the bulb is big enough not to slip out easily but small enough to walk and sit comfortably (except bending over maybe). I'd still recommend lube beforehand though. The vibrations have a nice feeling to them and aren't as rough as other remote toys I've tried. The LED light is a nice touch, but ultimately unnecessary in my opinion. Can't say much about battery life yet but it seems to charge very fast and you can always see the exact battery level in the app.

The Hush 2(s) is wonderful. I started out with the (xs) and have moved up. This is my favorite toy so far. I am definitely getting a positive vibe from my Lovense toys. I like the increased size from the xs to the small. The vibrations feel better. All the different options and ways to use the toys are why I keep coming back and I still have not used them all. The device is comfortable and easy to use I was a newbie when I bought my first and the Hush2 was a good introduction that can continue as I move up through the sizes. When the time comes I will be getting the next size up.
