I love the products this company has to offer. I’ve purchased from them 3+ times. Unfortunately, the last two times, I’ve had issues receiving my products/shipment information; However, they made sure to get my products to me promptly once the issue was addressed. So, still love them!
All your questions are answered by AI. however, if you are persistent and ask for help 6-8 times by email, eventually a human will help you resolve your issue satisfactorily.

I ordered a dress at the beginning of April for an event. I needed the dress for the end of may. I paid customs and payed for the dress but still to this day almost 3 months later the dress never arrived. Their customer service is horrific anytime I made an inquiry about tracking my dress they would send me the same ai default email over and over again. If I could give this website a 0, trust me I would.

I purchased the Floral Lace Up Maxi Dress for a wedding. It was absolutely stunning!! However, it was definitely not the best quality. I had the plastic wiring on the side of the dress to come through the thin material. While it popped out it just made a rip the dress. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing. I had an issue with an order and representative as nite than helpful to resolve my issue. Also the dress we received was beautiful high quality.

SCAM!
SCAM! They sent me a different dress than I ordered. It was also made from a very cheap material. There is no easy return process on their website, like a normal online retailer. I emailed them about the order issue and they sent me back a long, weirdly worded email about keeping the dress for a 20% refund. I asked again for a full refund, they sent me another similarly weird email saying I could keep it for a 50% refund or send it back to China with me paying the shipping costs. Not acceptable, but I know if I did actually ship it back, I'd never see a refund. This company makes it look like they're based in LA, but they are not. They are a fake Chinese based company selling cheap dresses that are not returnable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
