I was very impressed with customer service. The gown was great quality but didnt fit. I was a couple days late with return due to family issue and they kindly extended my return date. I was happy with a credit.

Amazing experience

Order cancelled but not informed until I emailed.

Placed an order, heard nothing for almost 4 weeks so I emailed them. Had a reply a few hours later to say my order had been cancelled due to supply issues. But no one thought to inform me until I emailed them. Still waiting for my refund and daughter has to find another dress for her ball. Very disappointing. UPDATE: still no refund 8 weeks later despite numerous emails. AVOID!

The dress was lovely but unfortunately, I had to return because it didn't fit properly. When I reached out to customer service, they responded quickly and kindly. The shipping was fast and the return was easy, although for store credit only. I will shop here again.

I loved the dresses and the process of purchasing one was great. One edit I would add to Lucy in the sky is the time in between ordering and delivering but I know that is not always in your control. Overall I had a great experience and wish the dress worked out for me.

Very bad experience with deliverance

I have had a very bad experience ordering from Lucy in the sky. I ordered a dress on the 18th of April and I needed to use it on the 28th of may. It never arrived. The 24th of may it was caught in customs. I had to pay 300 dkk extra for it to come home without even knowing if it would come on time. I assumed it would not because I only had a few days left. Therefore I had to go find another dress very stressfully which was exactly what I didn't want to do. That was why I ordered pretty early but that did not matter. It was very difficult tracking the package and I never knew when it would arrive. I have returned it before even getting it home. Very bad experience. I would not recommend at all.
