Do NOT use this company if you are an international customer. I have spent twice as much on delivery/customs/returns/more customs than the items themselves. None of this is made clear on their website (unless you search for it) - and neither is the fact that they do not offer a refund. I purchased a sweater for my daughter and gave it to her a holiday present. By the time she received the sweater they return window needed. The sweater was beautiful but did not fit her properly. I wrote a letter with my issue and within 48 hours Lucy in the Sky sent an email back with return label. Very impressed with the quality of clothes the sell and the wonderful customer service group that they have on staff.

Their customer service is horrendous. You can’t speak with anyone and they are not helpful over email. Their holiday return window is a joke. It closed on the Friday of the first week after New year’s. We had family illness and couldn’t exchange extended family gifts until after New Year’s so I missed the window by 1 day. They refused to make any exception. I will NEVER shop for the holiday’s on their site again.

We ordered 3 dresses and it was easy to send 2 back. They didn’t fit her well the slit was too high. Sizing guide was great and customer service was helpful for my return. Not so happy with the quality of dresses, but it’s probably comparable to others at that price point. Still waiting on my refund, but I’m sure it’ll come soon.
