I love there is a company with reasonable shipping rates that can get your things to your destination, securely, and safely and on time! I have used their service so many times - for travel and even small moving boxes.

Great idea – a little hard to use.

I was disappointed to discover that although there was a FedEx office in town, there was not a drop off point for lug less. The nearest drop off point was over 50 miles away. Fortunately, I was able to have the luggage collected by the driver.

Could not believe how fast my golf…

Could not believe how fast my golf clubs were delivered, much faster than promised. It was a really good experience, I highly recommend it.

Our packages were all delivered earlier than estimated or on time. The only thing is that our boxes looked like they had been completely thrown around and not handled with care when they arrived.

I had a great experience using LugLess for my move. I shipped two checked bags and one carry-on from Texas to Michigan, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. The booking process was simple, the shipping labels were easy to use, and dropping off the bags at FedEx was straightforward. All three of my bags arrived safely and within the expected delivery window. Everything inside, including clothes, kitchen items, and other household belongings, arrived in good condition with no damage or missing items. The tracking updates were helpful, and the overall service saved me the hassle and expense of carrying multiple heavy bags during my move. I would definitely recommend LugLess to anyone relocating, traveling for an extended period, or shipping luggage across the country. I will happily use their service again in the future.

First time using LugLess and it went extremely well. We were going on vacation and our luggage had out grown our vehicles. So rather than leave important items behind we decided to ship via LugLess. From beginning to end the experience was seamless. Will definitely use again whether driving or flying. Highly recommend!

Use Lugless for camp!

I was sending my daughter to camp across the country and I was so glad she didn't have to lug her duffles on the plane, off the plane, onto a bus, and into her bunkhouse. It was there waiting for her thanks to Lugless!
