Awful experience
Awful experience. Promised delivery times are not real, it’s a marketing tactic for urgency. I had two extremely important luggages with AV equipment shipped on an estimated delivery date, even days before I needed it. I got a sudden notice that tracking had stopped and I needed to contact FedEx. Which I did, and of course the were of no help to me. I contacted lugless for help and all they kept telling me was they will give a $10 credit for the delay. After I paid over $170 on this shipping they absolutely gave me no help, no refund, no assistance and just told me a false lie that my luggage would be delivered their next day when it’s sitting across the country right now. Do yourself a favor do not create the stress that I have been through. Do not use lugless ever

Bag is missing. No 800 number. Chat representative was distracted. I had to provide same information repeatedly. No resolution and it took 40+ minutes in chat to not reach resolution.

Was such an easy process and my bags arrived to their destination so quickly. This process is also a lot cheaper than booking another checked bag on a flight. I’ll absolutely be using this service again in the future!

Lugless is actually the cheapest method I've seen which works so well. They partner with FedEx and UPS and the others, which make them hella trustable. I saved over $1000 cause I transported 6 large home-depot sized boxes, and the Lugless rate was $1000 cheaper than that of FedEx's own rate!

We have been tracking a bag for last 4 days and everytime it's showing different destinations. When we went to the FedEx office they said they can't figure where did the bag go. I have almost 4500 dollars worth of stuff in there.
