Using these products for years I've had no issues or problems at all. When I had questions about my app licenses the other day I wrote them. I was very surprised to get an answer back the same day along with all the license codes I presently own. Support was beyond helpful.
Great communication ... great product ... really like it !!!
Very good product, and customer service is prompt and helpful. My only reservation is that a DVD can't be ripped to the very end. The last 20 seconds or so are cut off.
I found support by the Sales & Tech Support Team of Digiarty Software excellent. They responded to my email within 12 hours with help that anyone whether they had knowledge of computers or not, Their programs are great and easy to use and I have recommended them to many of my senior friends.

Thank you for the quick help in launching the new version of MAX DVD RIPER, including instructions on how to send using the printscreen for fault assessment. I appreciate the fast response and excellent software especially the speed of DVD conversion. I use MAC PRO 2013. Thank you very much Bohumil Chlad
I recently bought a new MacBook Pro and therefore needed to reinstall all my apps and software. However, I found that my License Code for MacX DVD Ripper Pro wouldn't work on the new computer. I emailed support and received a reply very quickly to say they had fixed the problem and it should now work, which it did. Apparently, I should have removed the license from the old installation first. Unfortunately, I had already deleted the software. I appreciate the efficiency of the team in resolving the issue, and I shall remember next time to remove the license first, before reinstalling the software. Many thanks.
Thanks to Digiarty for MacX Video Converter Pro. This is the unique application to which I have not yet been able to find an alternative. The compression ratio in MacX Video Converter Pro is simply amazing and can go up to 7-10 times. I would also note the fast, high-quality work of the support team.
I had trouble to reinstall the program and registered the license 2 or 3 times by accident then it was deactivated. It was my fault but I got a clear instruction to solve that. So just in case, if you have to move MacXDVD Converter to another computer, remove your license BEFORE you deinstall the program. Thank you very much!
Great software! I’ve used it for the last 8 years. I contacted customer support with a license issue and they were great. Very quick and very helpful.
Very helpful and explained the proper way to re-install their software on new machines and MacOS upgrades.
I love the MacX Ripper Pro that I purchased. I love that I can take the movies that have no digital copies and make them myself so that I can watch them wherever I want. I highly recommend buy this.
They were very responsive to the issue I had and helped me get the program reinstalled and activated. Great service.
My MacX Youtube Downloader suddenly failed to analyze and download YouTube videos. I complained and the DigiArty Tech Support Team quickly explained that YouTube recently did change its way of encryption. DigiArty had immediately fixed this. After some further explanation, my MacX Youtube Downloader works again like always. Excellent service and worth 5 stars
Just purchased MacX Video Converter Pro and find it great. Its intuitive, fast and does everything I want.
Amazing programs with prompt updates and excellent support! I’m super happy with the software bundle I purchased and was able to convert old family videos that would have been lost forever on old media. Was also able to get the best image and audio quality with their conversion tools!
After years of using this software to convert youtube videos, the program stop working. The analyis step failed to analyse the URL, I feared the worst that youtube made a change that caused the issue, After emailing support about the issue, I was told youtube had changed its encryption. Within 3 days, changes were made to the "Analysis Engine" and the problem was resolved. This kind of support is unheard of these days. Each of my emails was responded to daily. I felt like they reall cared about their product and customer.
Thank you so much for such excellent support! I cannot thank you enough! You were gracious and quick in resolving the problem.Alan, I would place a gold star on your forehead if could. Blessinngs and Joy, Dr. David Watkins 5
