Love the products but you never know…

Love the products but you never know when they are coming. Not uncommon to wait over six months before the product arrives.

Finally MAGFAST or BUST.

Finally, I'm thoroughly happy with all the products I received. First gen was nice but 2nd gen is truly lifetime quality. My Christmas gifts will spread the joy and MAGFAST will be the big hit this year.

Customer service is always on top of all issues

Customer service is always on top of issues and helpful. The new Air Pro is great unless you have a glass table top for a nightstand. I don't recommend putting it on that. It hums like a tractor trailer hitting full brakes on a steep incline. Customer service advised the power level is so high that is why. I am using my original Air for bedside charging and leaving the new ones on my desk and other more stable furniture. 😁

The case is high quality. The shipping was quick with clear communication throughout the process. Thank you.

Story and strong.

The case arrived timely and I put my phone in it and headed out the door! As I was in the middle of doing some and the phone fell approx. 5 feet and hit the concrete and to my surprise nothing happened to my new IPhone 17 Air. I Highly recommend for your phone!

It’s been a long wait to receive the brick and charging cord. But . . . ITS BEEN WORTH IT! I love the sexy red charging cord! Having the ability to charge with different cords is handy when transitioning to the Qi charging. P

Durable

I ordered my phone case and it came in the mail within a few days. I’ve had it for about a week and Im happy with it. I’ve dropped my phone a few times and it’s protected even the screensaver that is ALWAYS cracked on my phone. So far so good!!

I’ve been using Magfast products for several years now, and I love them. Especially deluxe chords they look great. They hold up well and they recharge fast. Great chords great company give him a chance.

The new Lux Pro cables are extremely powerful

The new Lux Pro cables are extremely strong and powerful. The feel is extraordinary soft to the touch. Magfast is very reliable and honest to deal with. My order was a pre-order I waited a long time for. I had faith in the company and knew they were trying to keep their word and make sure their product was perfect quality.

MAGFAST sent me counterfeit cables…

After long, long time waiting today I have received my MAGFAST charging cables. I opened my little package and removed 2 beautiful boxes. They are really very elegant… I have removed my cables and wanted to register them asap ( you have only 7 days to do this ) I have opened the registration page on MAGFAST app (. I scanned the QR symbol) I wrote the symbols from my cables First: OMU54A Second: 2X4522 The respond from your app was: “ OMU54A isn’t one we ever shipped “ “ 2X4522 isn’t one we ever shipped “ So, let me ask you a question: WHY DID YOU SHIPPED COUNTERFEIT CABLES ? I have all the pictures documenting the whole package with your cables.

Service Review

I had trouble registering my new Lux pro cable. I contacted customer support and was sent a new cable, free of charge, along with an apology for the difficulties. Apparently, there was a snag with the "fingerprint," that is now corrected. I'm satisfied with the resolution.

Great products

Lux Pro are fantastic charging cables, which are the best cables I've used. The Powerbrick Pro is wonderful in charging devives when used with Lux cables.

Love my Magfast!

Magfast products are thoughtfully and beautifully made with premium components that will last for years. I am so impressed with the look, the technology, the feel, and the function of every piece! And their customer service and communication is stellar. Love Magfast and will continue to invest in and support this company.

It took awhile to get my products, but….

It took awhile to get my products and I’m still missing a few from earlier orders, But, What I have received thus far is incredible. The products are just beautiful and functional. The documentation is first class and well written. I can just say enough good things about Magfast Generation 2. There is nothing like it on the market. Magfast needs to get these in Apple and other retailers. Don’t keep it a secret. Let the reviewers do their thing!!!

The Best

I first became acquainted with Magfast in 2019. I have been lucky to have received different products throughout the years since. While the initial offerings were superb, the latest things are simply splendid. The weight, design, functionality and overall performance is best in class. If you’ve never had the pleasure of owning a Lux cable - stop - and buy one right now- because it puts all other charging cables to shame. And that’s just one of the many superlative products this company offers.

The ad was straight forward and to the point. No blah blah blah. The phone case I ordered was an exact fit and arrived quickly. I wish there were more ads, and companies, that were this simple, direct, and efficient.

Worth the wait

Worth the wait. The Air Pro, Lux Pro and Powerbrick Pro are all high quality products and work as advertised. The Clear Cut Case for iPhone 15 Pro Max is very nice. Customer service is excellent.
