Watch out for the Fan and customer service

The fan in the grow tent kit (just over a week of use) caught on fire and melted if it wasn’t for my dog the house would have caught on fire. Have heard nothing from the company?

horrible customer service

I bought the light sp3000 few months ago I tested the ppfd and the output of the outlet wattage they're both off I've been trying to get help from Mars Hydro with no success I was going to buy two sp150 during 420 sale glad I didn't !!

This light is a rip off!!!!!! If used it multiple months nod and my crops are always not growing!! Then i checked everything what was wrong. End conclusion the lamp still gives light true when my timer clock is off... (night time) I have used multiple timer clock but its not the problem i bought a new lamp for my brother and with him its the same problem... The problem is the lamp Saw a lot of people having the same problem. Its really frustrating I’ve waisted so much time and money because of this lamp not working correctly Really angry and not satisfied!! Big 0 These are just for the trash such a shame for 2 lamps priced for 260€...

Amazon kit order

Ordered a 2x2 kit from amazon because I hear the nightmare stories about ordering direct from the site. Everything is good. The only thing I can complain about is that the spring links attached to the rope hangers dont fit. Easy fix though I just picked up bigger ones from walmart and clipped them on to the previous links. Loving the product so far.

worst customer service i've ever seen. they do not respond to emails or phone calls. 2 weeks since they took my money FROM THEIR WEBSITE and not even a confirmation number, tracking number, no shipping update... absolutely nothing. payment went through fine though!!! please report this POS company to the BBB

After 10 days my package is still in Germany. 2 mail sent 0 answered. I'm starting to think that I made a big mistake and damn me I didn't came here before ordering... Oh my...

Horrible customer service and slow shipping

I purchased a TSL2000 direct from Mars Hydro. Received a shipping confrontation with tracking number. They didn’t send it out until 1 full week later. They don’t answer their phone and voicemail is always full. I sent 4 emails before I got a response. Buy from Amazon!

W.T.F Mars… Wheres My Stuff!!!

We ordered the ts1000 tent kit on 24th Jan 2021 its still not arrived nor have we had a tracking number but at least we keep getting emails and being told that there's been an in flux of orders and that our order is still being processed W.T.F mars 15 business days later no tracking number you just take our money and do nothing... I should have Just spent the extra $80CAD and got from amazon.. or just gone with spider farmer....

Worst customer service ever

I can never get ahold of anyone, This is complete crap, I need a cable that plugs straight into my ts3000 and they never answer. No phone number that works( Take it off your website) customer support that never answers. I’m about to post everywhere how terrible of an experience I’ve gotten with them. A simple transaction and they have made this a bigger issue. Does anyone even work their still because it doesn’t seem like it. Hope they prove me wrong because I will share this on my social media and everywhere so the world can see your a unresponsive company that doesn’t want to help.

Their customer service and advertising

Their customer service and advertising and promoting departments are like any other Chinese company. Pinch every last tenth of a cent. Makes for bad business. Never had issues with their ts series lights. Have 3 ts 1000 and 1 tsl 2000. Personally I like to try their fc and sp lines. Just hate dealing with their agents. Quality of lights has been great over a year. Quality of managers and people is very low, sneaky,and cheap. Drop the bs and could be a massive player in led light market.

Slower than molasses shipping

Slower than molasses shipping if buying direct in the U.S. Took days for them to actually ship it then another week in transit. If going with Mars, get it off Amazon where you can receive it in 2-3 days. It did not even ship out until the same day I would have received it from Amazon.

" i sent the a video proving that their tent is fake advertised and the light doesnt turn off ,and thats what they replied ! WTD Looking forward to your reply, thanks! edit nr1: so i've recived a reply from mars hydro on my email that simply advertises a totaly different zip design for the tent with inner mylar cover! which i dont have ,and some of the people who have this tent dont have it ,or on either of their tents BUT ON THEIR OFFICAL WEBSITES THEY ADVERTISE THAT ...basicaly fake advertising and that is in short terms from where i come known as "scam" i want to place this review of a mars hydro gt 100x100x180 grow tent which has light leaks all over the zip,a ts600 i have since i got it has not been able to dim out completely in dark periods,thus ruining some of my photoperiod grows along the way when i used it as suplement light ....they don't even reply to mails or contact,just keep baning me on instagram on each account i try writing them with order number and all that ! ***i want to let anyone know about this scamy practices and sales they do ! defective products and offer broken sponsored products which are close to no value in money ! IN MY ENTIRE LIFE I WON'T RECOMMEND ANYONE THESE PRODUCTS ANYMORE ! i did before ,influenced lots of people,every proof is on growsites,tags,so on! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

HONEST REVIEW

If I was going to review only the product itself, I would have given it 5 stars. However I have never dealt with such dreadful customer service in my life. This is my experience; I ordered a "full spectrum" LED light, and a tent from this company, both items said "in stock" on their website. Once I ordered I waited 2 weeks (both times) until I got zero confirmation. Once I reached out to them they emailed back apologizing, and claimed that the items I ordered were out of stock, and they would ship when they were in (this happened both times, even though both times it said "in stock"). Inevitably both times I ended up waiting about a month, or a little over to receive my products and the person I dealt with over email (customer service) was not helpful at all, but she was also not nice. So, if you have all the time in the world, this may be the company for you. Since I do enjoy their products so far. But I am unsure if I could ever consider using this company again myself, let alone recommend it.

Absolute joke off a company they take away an H bar from there tent they say you don’t need it when you absolutely do, they don’t sell spare ones was told to hang a bit off wood and tape it never again will I buy from this joke off a company, you should hang your heads in shame and tape it

No warranty

Lights don't pass Australian standards, mars hydro don't honour their warranty. Had a light die in 12 months and they refuse to do anything. Don't waste your money

Horrible Customer service

I ordered the TSL 2000W LED light in early July. In late August the dimmer nob stopped working, the on/ off switches stopped working and the mounting bracket came undone in 4 spots. I tried to contact someone from customer service but reaching an actual person is impossible. It takes days if emails asking for me to send pictures proving all the problems that I'm dealing with a month after I purchased a 270 dollar light with a warranty. So I sent all the pictures proving the light is defective and instead of offering to replace the light they offered to send out a replacement dimmer nob, which was only one problem out if 4 problems. This was now day 4 of multiple emails back and forth, pictures and videos they sent me trying to avoid replacing a defective light. Long story short, I gave up. I don't have the time to deal with a horrible company and defective products. This is a warning to all people trying to find a good light to buy that will last. DO NOT BUY MARS HYDRO!!! I will continue to work on writing reviews to inform people of this bad customer service. There's just no excuse for it these days when there are so many other good products out there with quality service as well.
