I purchased 2 ts 3000 led lights only 3 months ago, 1 of the lights has a fault but mars makes communication extremely hard and I am now forced to file a return with ebay due to mars not resolving the problem. I have spent over $2000 and in the last 6 months on mars lighting and expected better treatment and service, Mars you have now lost a customer thanks for nothing 🤬.

All the reviews are good..this is a scam company no real life customer service only email & 1 per day..no warehouse in usa .it takes them 2 to 3 months for any parts that is needed. & they will charge international shipping for anything..ther ate many better options..even if you have to pay a bit more specifically in this business of crops..stay away

Had a light catch fire and nearly electrocute me. Tried to claim within warranty but mars found every reason not to replace. Can't send me new parts either.
Customer service is absolutely appalling. I'll never be buying anything from mars in future.

Man I wish I had came and read these reviews before purchasing my equipment from mars had a driver go out on the light they told me they they had to see if they had it in China been without my light going on 3 months now plus they have stop responding to me in email guess I’m pretty much f%cked the light arrived to me in April later than it was supposed and went out in August and they can’t help me bull crap and bad business

15th August i had made an order through Grow Tropicals online.
I was told it would be delivered within 14 days.
Its now 15th September and i have only just recieved said parcel.
After weeks of trying to get in touch via Grow Tropicals and through emailing Mars Hydro ourselves several times.
Very disappointed.
Will not be using this company again.
Got the mars hydro led light delivery was fast and product good but after sales service is rubbish. When buying they ask if there's any special requests and when stated they dont even see them through. Emailed them and they don't even bother to reply
Bought an fce-8000, the driver went out tried to order the driver but they said it was just the dimmer and would be getting in first of aug, however its now sept and i still haven't gotten my light fixed.

Their website auto billed me without my permission. I went through PayPal in hopes of seeing the shipping charges as I always do when shopping online. When paypal kicked me back to Mars hyrdo to "review my order" I saw the prices and the "complete order" button at the bottom of the page. I DID NOT CLICK THAT BUTTON. I closed the window. Moments later I get a message from my bank saying this fraudulent website tried to charge my card, twice. Now I have to get a new debit card! Thanks a lot guys!
Mars Hydro is garbage. My TSL-2000 light started having serious problems not three months into use. Half of the board started flickering. I messed with the dimmer on the driver to see if it would help and the flickering half simply stopped coming on completely. This happened not 2 weeks after I could no longer return the defective unit, but it was still under warranty, so I contacted Mars Hyrdo. After months and numerous emails they refused any repair or replacement while it was still under warranty. I finally harassed them with enough emails that they sent me a replacement driver I had to figure out how to install myself, and then it still had the same issue. Mars Hydro is a total and complete scam.

Agreed with other posters here. Their customer service is abysmal. Because the company is out of china, and they franchise with local warehouse sellers to sell their product and represent.
Mine came from NJ, and the customer service is what you expect from NJ. No confirmation email..., no tracking email, and the item arrived 2 weeks later.
I paid with paypal, and the address of the seller was an "hotmail address" which always rings some bells, and the main name of that paypal account was "New Pearly Luster" which is a chinese toothpaste.
So yeah, this is a clearing house in the U.S. (NJ) that sells different products from china. They are only a mars hydro distributor, and sell other products first and foremost. If you don't like doing business with companies that are iffy...., buy another type grow light. I still have not tested it to see if it actually works, because I just got it today, 2 weeks later from NJ to NY. Avoid this company.
I have a Mars Hydro TSW2000 Grow Light that’s about one year old. It quit working the other day out of nowhere. I decided to look over all the connections and was totally surprised when I found the power cord had literally burned up and melted itself somehow. I contacted Mars Hydro via email support in hopes of getting a new power cord shipped to me, even if I had to pay for it. Instead they go back and forth with pointless emails asking for pictures, addresses, let them check with “their engineer”. Why would you need to consult an engineer before selling me a new power cord? This company is a joke. Stay far away. Terrible products and even worse customer service.
If i could put no stars i would. Ordered on 11 may 2022, and still havent recieved my order. Had to pay a re-delivery fee to which they forgot to r-send package. This company was good but has declined over years.its now 26th may 2022 and i lost all plants due to their incompetence. Shame as i decided i was gona be mars hydro for life but after this ordeal i think spider farmer are alot more reliable. Do not trust mars hydro. They will try to steal money. Spider farmer is much better in terms of quality and service.

Sent a defective inline fan that started making loud clicking noises when in operation after less than 3 weeks of use.
Customer support offers $10 refund (fan was just under $120), declines to refund the product in full despite an obviously defective unit. If you need help, they will waste your time until you go away. Forced to escalate to PayPal dispute to get a refund.
So many red flags with this company, be aware their quality control is clearly awful and in the likely event something goes wrong, they don't want to help you and will try their hardest to keep your money.
Another disaster parcle came empty been emailing back and forth to be told theres a missing sticker I obviously cant find sticker now there nothing they can do £320 lost great wush i read this before ordering
It is extremely rare for me to write any sort of review but I wanted to warn people about this company. One of the two lights I bought from Mars Hydro was defective. I left a message telling them I will send pics and return the bad light. They do not answer the phone. Look on their website-you can only leave a "voicemessage". They wait until after the 30 day return policy to email you a message stating they cannot replace the light due to surpassing the 30 day mark even though I contacted them a few times well before the 30 days. What a headache. If you order lights from this company I hope they function properly or you will be out money and time. Good luck. You have been warned.
They took my money after confirming a delivery date, they then said it wasn't available 2 weeks later and wanted more money for the same thing, they messed me around for ages and left my refund short. Customer service is non existent. Don't get scammed by them
Please do not order from this company. I bought a grow light from Mars Hydro a month ago it still has not arrived,no shipping information, they will not reply to any of my emails or answer their phone. my only option now is to take legal action. BEWARE

Don't buy anything from them, go with some other reputable companies out there their customer service is pretty much non-existent, I've bought a fan from them and after one month of using it developed a fault, it started to make a clicking sound, it was getting worse every day to the point it was unbearable, so I've reached to them explaining the problem, they told me to send a picture of the issue What? send a picture of the noise issue? I don't think they understand basic English, anyway when I sent the video of the problem they told me that they don't see any damage to the fan hence they won't do anything to help, the fan is not fit to use, I'm left with a paperweight after one month of using it, not even on full power it was only used on 33%
