Today was the fastest i ever got paid. It was the smoothest its ever been, after a period of time in which masspay wasnt really good it now seems to be even better then before.

honestly the website is janky as hell

honestly the website is janky as hell. using it on a mobile is annoying. i don’t understand why there are different wallets and shit like why can’t it all just go into one wallet? i literally waiting a full month to cash out from masspay from one site so that i wouldn’t get charged more fees- and the two deposits from the SAME SITE went into different wallets… it makes no sense. then- the worst glitch is when you withdraw from one wallet and click return to app- all your other wallets dissapear., so you have to log out and log back in for your other wallets to show back up. it’s dumb and clunky and for how big your company is you really need to put more work into it please and thank you.

Locked out for over a year

None of the customer care service agents or the technical support staff could help me with being locked out of my account for over a year after multiple attempts of me reaching out for help and send nonstop proof and screenshots of me being locked out. If the site had a different payment method I would definitely switch without hesitation until proven otherwise going forward

My account has been flagged inactive…

My account has been flagged inactive because I haven't used it in a year. Customer support first said I was lying, that everything is fine. Then they said I was the problem and I needed to use a different browser. When none of that worked they just ignored me and my email replies to them go straight to Spam. It's incredibly frustrating
