After a little hiccup with my order, Matboard were immediately responsive and worked fast to fill my request. At a time when American customer service is often a quaint notion of the past, and more and more of it is being sent offshore to people who are less than helpful, Matboard are still providing an excellent product for a fair price with phenomenal support.

The mat is beautiful, perfect size (customized), great company and reasonable shipping cost! This is the second time I have ordered from Matboard and am very happy with the results.
I highly recommend this company.
The film that is on the plexiglass is too difficult to get off. Just crazy after spending $350 on a frame and plexiglass that I have to spend hours getting the film off.
Reply from Matboard and More2025-09-26
We’re sorry for the frustration — the protective film can definitely be tricky at times. It’s applied by the manufacturer to ensure optimum protection against scratches, dust, particles, and damage during transit, but we understand it can feel tedious to remove. A tip that often helps is gently warming a corner with a hairdryer and peeling back slowly at a low angle.
We appreciate your feedback and will continue working with suppliers to make this process easier. If you’d like, our support team is happy to walk you through quick removal tips at (678) 688-MATS (6287).

The initial order was delivered with a bent package that damaged the mats (it was UPS's fault, obviously), but the replacement process was smooth and very speedy. The replacements are fine. Thank you!
