Purchased 2 e sims for roaming and neither would work. Set the phone up exactly as required. Would not use this service again. We had the same issue when travelling earlier in the year and we were reimbursed. Really poor.

Didn't work almost completely
I bought Unlimited Global Data for a trip to Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. In Montenegro, the internet was terribly slow and only worked for half of the apps. But luckily, it worked for maps. In Bosnia, the internet was completely unavailable, so I had to return to the Croatian border and download offline maps. (Luckily, I had a different SIM card that worked in the EU.) Terrible experience.

Unreliable
Every time the plan ended sooner that it should due to "system error", support gave me 10 days which also ended sooner than they should due to "system error". Had to get data from other place anyway. Don't recommend, also waiting for support to respond is either 2 days or 2 minutes, nothing inbetween. Same thing happened 4 times. Last time, got my plan reactivated with... 4 days less and then support stopped responding. Nice experience. Also support can't count days.

On the two times that I've had to contact customer service, it was dealt with professionally, speedily, and in great detail. The people behind the company genuinely care. It's been a reliable service for me in the one to two years I've been using it so far. It tends to be very flexible, easy to set up, especially when travelling. I found it easier to use than other competitors that I've used before so I highly recommend this product

On the new Maya website previous plans are gone and new plans are excessively more expensive. Should I miss something I am happy to delete this review, but seems like I have to look for an alternative service. Was always content with Maya, but the new price? Not with me

My experience with them is negative. Not in terms of coverage, which is quite satisfactory. What I've found disappointing is the GB usage and the unrealistic consumption. I usually use about 5 GB in a month. I purchased a 3 GB eSIM card from them, and on the second day of use, (Only Whatsapp messages, no vocal, no video, no pictures and only google maps) I received a warning that I had already used up 70% of my available data. Considering that I knew the available limited GB, I had also limited myself, this is unrealistic. So their GB usage is a scam to force you to buy more credit.
