I reached out to national entities, making appointments, but in three cases, those appointments were incomplete due to the representatives. I happened to see a video by Marvin Musick of MedicareSchool.com, and it was incredibly informative for me. He covered every detail I needed to know, every situation, and every possibility—a video with much more information than those live representatives provided. So, I made an appointment, and the best part was yet to come: my representative, Randall Billings of MedicareSchool.com. He called me to confirm all that Marvin said in his video and answer every question I had. Within 30 minutes, I was signed up for Medicare and supplements. He physically did it all on his computer; I didn't have to do anything but answer questions in order to sign up. I was driving myself crazy. Trying to look at all the different advantage versus medgap plans for Medicare. Mr. Ethan Salvino followed up with me, and I am very glad he did. He was WAY better than the last agent; that experience being so unfriendly, that I did not bother calling back, as I did not want to talk to the guy again. He was conversant with the subject matter and "professional" but not personable.

I recently enrolled in a Humana Advantage plan through an independent Medicare broker. Couldn't afford a Supplemental plan. But, I wanted some Co-Pay / Hospital Indemnity protection. I enrolled in such a policy by phone, with ALFONSO, who is just great. Companies say they tailor services to clients, but most fall short. Not Medicare School. Very happy.

Zeb Persson helped my husband find a better Medicare supplement during open enrollment last fall. He was awesome. He answered so many questions and was very up front and informative on what was available.

Randall identified the provider that has the most customers for this policy in the state, lowest rate and also provided information on the increases over the past years. He was the only consultant that identified this company which cost significantly less than the other companies. He also identified a dental plan that has very good coverage at a much lower cost than I was playing previously through my company plan. He also reviewed my options for prescriptions and vision care. Very good initial review then followed up with a meeting in which I was enrolled in the plans I wanted. He was very willing to answer questions as well.

First I watched several of their videos on YouTube which found very clear and informative. I soon felt I was ready to enroll so I decided to call.
