My tele-health experience with MEDvidi has always been great. From my provider, Dr. Griggs, to the support team. I’ve had issues where scripts had to be re-sent to different pharmacies (all the details were promptly handled) and recently had a technical issue and couldn’t join during my slot. I spoke with Sam who did an excellent job rescheduling me same day. What a relief!!

You took my money to the tune of $195 only for the doctor who, in my opinion, was rude, unhelpful and arrogant, to not help me after the so called consultation. She made me feel like a mental lost cause...in my opinion, she made me feel like a liability to her "platform." I would advise anyone to beware and seek help elsewhere. My opinion: she was far from helpful; she was hurtful.

I just wanted to say thank you for the teams effort , they did an amazing job at making this possible and coming through, they were very supportive as well as concerned, which this made me feel cared for as well as I know I am being listened to and supported and safe .
