This is a scam.

I scheduled a 30 minute appointment with a Dr. Haliantova. We spoke for about 26 minutes about my issues then her internet connection cut out. I waited 2 minutes and she came back on. She was in a rush and quickly prescribed me zoloft, which I do not want. She gave me no time to ask any questions about what she prescribed me, told me she had another patient to get to, and quickly left while I was in the middle of asking a question. I didn't like her attitude during the video call and she came off very unprofessional. The whole thing was extremely unprofessional and I paid $195 for this 30 minute appointment. The drug she prescribed me is an SSRI. I will not take any SSRI's. They are way too dangerous and have a high chance of making people more agitated than they already are. They advertised the specific drug that I know helps me on their website. They advertised it under a section that said "most commonly prescribed medications" and it was the very first one. She would not prescribe me what I told her I know works for me. But then proceeded to prescribe me something very dangerous, that I will never take. I think these people that work for this company are paid to push anti-depressants. This is a legitimate scam. Please don't let them steal $200 from you too.

First of all the address is a house. My experience was a nightmare. The first doctor they connected me with is located in Michigan. Therefore he is only legally licensed to prescribe medicine to Michigan residents. I am not located in Michigan. It was MEDVIDI who through text messaging admitted that this doctor illegally prescribed medicines to me. Why they tried to throw him under the boss is anyones guess. I tend to believe he is not willing to scam people out of money. This was unbeknownst to me at the time. So suddenly i was not able to connect with the doctor from Michigan. I was then connected to a doctor in my state. I made two back to back appointments one for medicines and one for ESA paperwork. This doctor prescribed medicine to me that I have very bad reaction to right after I told him that I cannot take that type of medicine. So he did not listen to anything I said. He stated he in fact is the doctor for the ESA paperwork. He took the pet information and stated he would issue the paperwork. He did not. When I contacted MEDVIDI about the paperwork not being issued over the next three days they gaslighted, lied, conned, asked me questions that they stated I gave the wrong answers too. They removed the appointment confirmation and the payment confirmations from my devices completely. Leaving no trace of appointments with DR SUDDLE, they refused to refund the money for the service that was not honored. On the third day they connected me with a different doctor to issue the ESA paperwork. That doctor told me he could not issue the paperwork since that being my first visit. No prior history with him. Well that was true with DR RUDDLE. So MEDVIDI AND DR SUDDLE KNEW IT WAS NOT ETHICAL OR LEGAL FOR THE ESA PAPERWORK TO BE ISSUED SINCE IT WAS MY FIRST APPOINTMENT. Medvidi still has not refunded the money I paid for the service they knew would not be honored. And they have refused to send me my medical records. Stating because I have been discharged I will not receive my medical records. MORE ILLEGAL ACTIONS THAT MEDVIDI IS TRYING TO GASLIGHT, LIE, AND CON me into believing. Of course that did not work. I emailed and text a right to access my medical records with the rekevant enforcing codes listed. They have ignored it. Every time I call much like the three day period about DR SUDDLE and the ESA PAPERWORK AND MEDVIDI REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY, I receive another story of why I will not be permitted the medical records and the refund I have repeatedly requested. Yhey did send a intake form instead of a HIPPA release. This group is set up to RIP PEOPLE OFF. THEY SHOULD BE THOROUGHLY INVESTIGATED BY ALL RELEVANT AUTHORITIES THAT APPLY TO THIS REVIEW AND SHUT DOWN PERMANTENTLY. They have caused more stress, anxiety, hardship and harm. This is not a compassionate group. They just want to RIP YOU OFF. The ordeal I speak of has been going on for well over a month. Investigations are in order. I believe the customer service representatives I am forced to speak with are directed to gaslight, lie, con, deny, and scam. I also believe they are not located in USA. So our laws do not apply to the customer service company MEDVIDI is using in a foreign country. DR SUDDLE IS RETIRED. AND HAS BEEN FOR SOME TIME SO PLEASE EXPLAIN TO ME HOW A RETIRED COCTOR PRESCRIBED ME MEDICINE AND THROUGH YOUR SITE RIPPED ME OFF?

My appointment went great

My appointment went great, doctor listened to me but when it came to getting my prescription i jumped through so many hoops to get it sent to my pharmacy. I am still waiting for the pharmacy to receive it. Anytime i call they tell me the same thing. “you just have to wait.”

My experience with Medvidi was great!

My experience with Medvidi went extremely well from start to finish. The intake form didn't disappear when I needed to go off page, as many other sites do. I had some questions re uploading license and Cameron was a big help. Very patient and knowledgeable. Dr. Morgan was a pleasure to speak with and solved my problem. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Absolutely unacceptable experience with…

Absolutely unacceptable experience with MedVidi. They took my money, my doctor prescribed my ADHD medication, and DAYS later the prescription still hasn’t even been sent to the pharmacy. Today is Monday evening — I’ve been contacting them since THURSDAY trying to get this fixed and nobody seems capable of doing their job properly. When you prescribe someone medication, especially for ADHD and anxiety, you cannot just disappear and leave patients untreated. Going without my medication because of an incompetent doctor and terrible communication has completely thrown me off mentally and emotionally. The anxiety and stress this caused was avoidable and honestly irresponsible. If you need reliable care, accountability, or timely prescription handling, I would strongly reconsider using this service. Being ignored while they already took my payment is beyond frustrating.

Dr Reeder is the best! World class medical care for very little cost. I had an issue with getting a document uploaded and was helped y Justin very quickly. Justin get me set up in about two minutes. Quick, efficient and friendly. Feels like I’m being taken care of by family! I MEDvidi.
