Xiaomi what have you done?
Now don't get me wrong, i love Xiaomi to bits. But the UK launch of the redmi note 10 pro was a disaster, i waited patiently until the store opened and bang on the dot all 6/128gb versions had impossibly sold out, so settled for a 6/64gb version...5 minutes later 6/128gbs were available again! couldn't change order as the 1st had processed!...Gutted (bad enough they didn't launch the 8gig RAM version in the UK either?), then found out about the long process time and shipping...Out of curiosity had a look on Amazon and guess what! they had the 6/128gb version in, and delivered the same day! Sorry Xiaomi, i cancelled the order on the Mi store and bought the RN 10 pro from Amazon instead...You snooze you lose. Now there are some things that do NEED to get sorted. 1 : You took out the notification light in favour of an always on display, great! the trouble is the AOD is only on for 10 seconds!! after that i have no idea if i have received any message/notifications etc without opening the phone! SORT IT OUT! 2 : No super wallpapers? what is the point of having an AMOLED screen without the super wallpapers? (my GF has them on her Redmi 9!) again SORT IT OUT! 3 : (and my biggest gripe) Why can't i access Google assistant from standby (not lock screen, but when it goes into the 'supposed' AOD standby state) i have always been able to access this feature on all of my previous Xiaomi phones (the last being Redmi note 9 pro) i've tried the personalisation tabs to on, and still nothing? i can no longer just ask the time in bed without having to wake the phone! yet again SORT IT OUT! When you finally get round to fixing these bugs, i'll amend my rating to 5 stars.

Xiaomi Mi 10T Lite 5G
Lovely smartphone for £199 delivered. Big, clear display, four cameras (macro to 64M), Gorilla glass front and back. Octa-core, so fast as you like and 5G! Oh, and as a bonus Android, so no flippin' awful iOS to fight with.

Best mobile devices I have ever used and help me in job as freelance photographer and videographer. My first phone was Xiaomi Mi A2(Damaged due to rainstorm). I then got Redmi Note 9 Pro which was decent I use it as back up now. I know use two devices Mi 10T Pro & Mi 11. Mi 10T Pro was impressive but My Mi 11 is so amazing light weight connects with my gimbals with hardly any issues the bokeh on shots don't look artificial and I love how much you improve the cameras and how close the images are to my DSLR & SLR. Thank you for your reasonable price margins compared to Apple & Samsung. I am loyal to Xiaomi and a proud Mi Creator!

Mi 10T Pro from Xiaomi
Was no longer content to pay excessive amounts for a new Iphone. Bought a 10T Pro direct from Xiaomi and am well chuffed. Changing from IOS to Android wasn't such a problem and my new phone far outranks any Iphone.

Fantastic service
Fantastic service, brilliant range of products that are user friendly. Their phones are fantastic and offer amazing value for money. Their products rival many that are at least twice if not triple the price, then they have some amazingly fantastic deals throughout the year which can give you even further savings. We have purchased 2 phones from them over the years and many other products and swear we will never be going back to makes such as Samsung or Sony due to the quality and performance that Xiaomi offer. Customer service is always fantastic with real people available through online chats that can help answer any questions you have no matter how small or complex. I know that both my daughter and myself are more than impressed with our phones that cost so little compared to buying on contract or outright from other brands, without having to compromise on anything. Cameras are especially fantastic, the pictures my mi 10 t pro takes rivals that of my DSLR camera, so much so that I never take my DSLR away withe on holiday any longer. You also get great web browsing, fantastic sound, great video quality and everything else you could ask for from a phone all for a much cheaper price than a Samsung or apple phone that would offer you much less in terms of specifications.
