I bought a few Xiaomi's products including Wifi extender, Vacuum robot, IP camera. The price was competitive and it was good when it's new (1st few months only). In less than a year, the performance started to degrade significantly. The robot always lost its way and do not follow the map anymore and sometimes do not know how to return to the charging station. Many times I need to redraw the map and then it works only for the first few times after redraw. The camera takes long time to get connected and sometimes need to restart. It's very annoying. I hesitate to buy more Xiaomi products even though the price is attractive & the online reviews usually are good... they just cannot last....
This is a review for shipping only, not the phone, in case it helps someone else. I placed an order on Monday. I then read the reviews on delivery times on this page and my heart sank—I'm only in the UK for a short time and need a phone in a hurry. However, it was delivered the next day by DPD. I suspect it's down to the model ordered. A few other reviewers seem to have had issues with Redmi Note 10 Pro delivery, I ordered a Redmi Note 10s
Mobile phone has excellent performances, and low price. But every system application has adds or commercials that drive me crazy. Literary EVERY time I use any of these apps, several adds just pop up ant it is very difficult to close them. Very very disappointing.
I wasnt sure about delivery times when I ordered as it wasn't very clear on the website, it just said it takes up to 2 days from shipping, but didn't say how long it takea to get to shipping. I ordered and here is my experience.
Ordered a redmi note 9 on Saturday 14th August.
Got an update late on Wednesday 18th aug saying it had been processed.
Got an update late on Thursday 19 aug saying it had been shipped.
Arrived to me (near Liverpool) about 3pm on Friday 20th aug.
So don't expect Amazon speed, but if you ignore the weekend then it took 5 days, which isn't too bad. Same phone was £30 more on Amazon, so pretty good.

My Redmi note 9 pro was sent for the 3rd time for repair in last 6 months. I was promised a replacement in 10 days it's been well over a month nothing, no email, no sms update nothing. I've called 30 times and the staff are as useless as they come. The management never come on the phone and get literally no top level support. Now I filled for refund, it was authorised and I was told it will come by 17th August nothing yet in my PayPal, they make false promises you get nothing, now they got my phone and my money. Worst experience ever so do not look for warranty service with this company they do not help at all. Never again. If I could give less then 1 star I would. Also they state they have refunded me back on 6th August still im seeing 0s in my paypal account today is 22nd August all lies even if they say 5 to 7 days Paypal is instant not like a bank they have not even actioned the refund yet just only writing emails and making false claims. Do not deal with company there customer service is non existent.
Update 28th August:
After a month and half battle with this company they finally refunded me back as they were in the wrong so I am changing my review from a 1 to 3. Extremely difficult time and stressful time I had calling and emailing.

I got my Xiaomi Mi 10T Pro from Network Three UK for two months now. I am ver pleased with the phone, the MIUI themes app is so cool. I love the different backgrounds and colour schemes. I thought I made a wrong choice with Xiaomi but now I think I am very happy with this Xiaomi phone. Their UK customer support line is very helpful too with the warranty activation.

Fantastic service. Bought an air purifier online. When they got to know I needed it urgently, they sent it via express post without even charging me extra. Really appreciate the effort. Will definitely shop from here in future.
I have had a couple of Xiaomi phones now. a mi 8 and a poco x3 They are fantastic for the price. There were a lot of preinstalled apps that i did not need, but none of them get in the way.
i switched from my whole life samsung to xiaomi in the beginning it took a little time to getting used to miui but now i'm used to it i'm very happy with my phone.

Ok, so today I dropped my mi 10, and It was high and it survived. I'm here to say how impressed I am the durability is awesome! Anyway Im just here to say how awesome these phones are I really recommend 😁 they are very good quality!

After looking at video reviews of the Pocco X3 I was interested getting one. At the time mi.com had a group buy running which meant I got a great deal.
In the process of purchasing I checked the reviews here which made me nervous, but I figured I'm buying via PayPal and my credit card so have double protection. However I was expecting problems.
Well the day after purchase the phone was shipped. Would it arrive? How long would it take? Would the phone be in the box? Would it work? These were all my concerns because of the reviews.
Well the phone turned up the very next day after shipping, it was a Saturday! The phone was in the box, it did work and I am really pleased with it.
So from my perspective I received excellent service and I would use them again.

Bluetooth awful
My music breaks up over Bluetooth when connected to my van for work.
The phone doesn't work properly. People can't hear me sometimes so I have to reboot. I work as a service engineer so the basics are a must. This phone will probably be going back as I purchased from Xiaomi uk.

I held off buying as one Tech review was a little critical of the camera. Well a photographer friend says the camera is better than the one on his i-phone.

For 400 euros i managed to grab the 8GB/256GB model, which already made it stronger than current top tier phones. Couple of years later, it's still rocking strong, with all the recent updates.

Mi A3 bought 18 months ago for Android One after Redmi 4x no longer supported. Good but updates are extremely slow and buggy when the point of the Android One program is fast updates. Now the proximity sensor has failed making it impossible to use as a phone as the screen blacks out. Scrapping it and will not be using Xiaomi again.
A few issues, but it starts up and running!
Finally, Scooter has been repaired,
It took a while however my scooter starts working after repair.! Thank You Xiamoi !!
