First attempt at delivery was unsuccessful as we still don’t know where it went , but the company helped me out with a replacement piece and re-delivered to another location of choice , hassle free. Received in perfect condition. Communication was great, we did change eye color, but everything else was perfect. Even sunglasses on the top of the head were done and it looks awesome.
Minebrick a hit or a miss?
Minebrick is not perfect. One cannot expect Lego level of service. This is a smaller company and a little patience is required. Even when a substandard issue is found in your order, with a little patience it can be resolved. I’ve order Minebrick twice, once in 2024, and in 2026 again. The art style is cute and very well designed. The instructions in 2026 are much better. They’ve been steadily improving. I’d suggest one final improvement, the colours. In the online manual if there are 2 similar colours they’re easily confused. One major issue I had: missing pieces. Missing pieces are a Lego’s worst nightmare. In both purchases I’ve had pieces missing, in 2024 it was a minor issue but in 2026 it was a major one. The customer service team is accommodating. (As I mentioned before, a little patience is needed). After expressing my concerns, Ms Hayley and Mr/Ms Skye has been understanding and resolved my issues. Overall: Product: 8/10 Instructions: 7/10 Customer service: 9/10 Improvements: colour in manual to be more clear and double check for missing pieces.

Love!!! I loved the end product. I actually got my order wrong and the team got in contact with me to confirm details. Lindsay assisted by amending my order and there was no hassles at all. It only took a little over a week for whole process - from order to door. Definitely would recommend.

I have ordered a Pokemon style card for Father’s day. It came a bit crumpled, the lamination was terrible, the edges were huge. Quite disappointing. (too bad i can’t upload pics) I left a review stating my experience. I was contacted by their customer service and they offered to redo the order if i take the review down. So i did. I have now received their “redo” order. And while the card looks significantly better, it is not my order. Not my picture, text or customization. Such a huge disappointment… I am giving it 2* because at least they tried.

My experience
The overall experience was 3 but Amy was a 5. There were some production difficulties and communication difficulties with what I wanted for my product design based on my complicated animals colours. The team I would like to say did their best but was unfortunately unable to achieve the difficult requests I was making. Amy however was responsive, offered many times to aid in the product design and at the end of the day, we could not come to a resolution as a team. Amy however was able to meet me more than half way when the process did not have the results I wanted and gave the customer what they requested despite no product being purchased.

Good customer service
The service for making the picture was great. The service was responsive and helpful. There was originally a mistake on a card, but the company worked to make it right. The holographic quality makes it hard to read and kinda looks like a sticker stuck to card. The corners of the card are not clean, but the image overall is good.
