She ensured me that the feedback will be forwarded to the design team and that I'll get an updated mock. This helped me receive a product design I'm happy with.

Your items are that bad, it's not possible to build them, not even close! I tried it 5 times, now I threw it away. I even tried to glue the pieces together, but even then it wasn't possible to finish anything. Everything is falling apart all over again. The desctiotion is OK, but not that great either. Horrible experience!!

I requested the production of a block model similar to my car this time. However, I was disappointed that the block model was made in a very different form from my car. From the perspective of requesting production, I believe that a product that satisfies the requester will be created only when detailed information is provided on whether the reason for the difference in the produced design is due to the limitations of the block model shape handled by your company or the lack of information in the uploaded photos, and communication with the requester must be established. Due to the disappointing results compared to the cost, I plan not to use this service again. However, the CS team's response was satisfactory and responded quickly. I think that part is excellent. Nevertheless, I find it very regrettable because the essence of your company is to produce products that satisfy the requester.
