Took me a while to write a review but purchased the custom figures of me and my boyfriend in November 2024 as anniversary gift and every time I see them they make my heart skip. Its so adorable. The support service was very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions or difficulties I had. They also made a draft and send it to me before making to ensure Im happy with the outcome. I had to unfortunately pay a bit extra as I originally sent a picture which customised the figure in a way I really did not like and for uploading a new picture I had to pay extra fee. I love it, the only reason I put 4 stars is that two little pieces were missing. Luckily on the side/back of the head so its not as visible. Would recommend as a cute little gift for anniversary or valentines etc

The company's practices are misleading and troubling. They seek to charge extra for additional renderings despite not adhering to the provided instructions. Despite a week of back-and-forth communication resulting in missing the original gift arrival date, I continued to engage with them. However, upon deciding to cancel due to frustration, they attempted to impose unwarranted charges. While the initial price charged to my credit card was $78.74, the refund amount offered is only $45.51. Their emails cited various reasons for deducting $33 from the refund, including a 50% customization fee, a 50% restocking fee, and a 50% cancellation fee. It is recommended to steer clear of making purchases from this company. The imposition of a 50% fee was not clearly communicated during the checkout process, indicating deceptive practice.

Ordering process was very difficult. And order was incorrect.
Ordering process was very difficult. When asked to proof the order for correctness there was no response to my reply. This resulted in delay. I had to pursue them in all ways possible to get the order sent. Once received, everyone of them was incorrect. Not one of them correct!!! I would NEVER purchase from them. I wish I could rate a zero or negative number.

Priceless Creative memories
This company created the neatest christmas Lego people gift. We absolutely love it. The shipping does take a little bit to areive to you, but these pieces are handcrafted to perfectly match the photo's submitted. We had a few small pieces that needed replacement, but the customer service responded promptly and handled everything professionally and submitted our order for those pieces to be shipped. Can't wait to place another order for a wedding couple.
