I love Mint and Lily. Excellent product and customer service. My only complaint is the request for feedback with a $25 gift card offer. I responded to this request twice. I received a gift card the first time. The second time i did not receive a gift card and when i follow up was told it is only one per customer. I don't understand why i continue to get this offer if I am not eligible. I got a survey offer with a $25 gift card again today. There is no clarification on eligibility with the offer. Horrible cheap bracelets
Horrible cheap bracelets! Very sad ! Bought for my granddaughters for birthday gifts E for Ella with birthstone had it for one week broke in half she was embarrassed to tell me. She brought it on her visit to see her Poppi recovering from cancer and told me. Whole visiting I fave my other granddaughter Caity hers early with her birthstone and initial she literally wore it one day it broke she showed it to me and she was crying! What the hec Mint & Lilly Seriously I get they were inexpensive but yo literally last less then a week! Oh my granddaughters are ages 19 and 16 and take very good care of their jewelry I wrote to you twice through email you ignore my messages Just make it right and quit selling Junk! Things I buy for my wife I do like the different designs and the quality seems very good, all I know is wife happy, everybody happy ,,,,small price to pay for the things I goofed up so far this year!!!! Small note: been married 52 yrs.

One week!
My husband bought me a gold ring for our anniversary on 7/12, the “gold plating” rubbed off and it’s 7/24 lol. It’s currently just stainless steel. Don’t waste your money.

I have not signed up for texts from Mint and Lily. I have tried repeatedly to ask them to not send any messages to me. I’ve gone on their website. There is nowhere to try to cancel it. Their customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I will NEVER buy anything from them.
