I purchased the limited edition tree of life bracelet trio, and it has tarnished after my second time wearing them. Did not wet them at all. Very disappointed. They look cheaply made as well. You can see the areas where the pieces were soldered together.

I like the options for rings. From small and dainty to statement pieces. The prices are great and the 50% second item is awesome. My only wish is that you could do half sizing.

scam of a company. says their jewelry is top notch quality. all my rings have arrived WARPED, within 3 months the stones are falling off.

Well here we go again. I am asking for a full refund for 2 different bracelets that broke in 2 days. They keep saying to reach out like they will help me but I reach out & get no reply. Don’t bother me asking for another chance if when I email again they don’t reply. They only reply here on Trustpilot so people think they are trying to help. As far as I’m concerned their jewelry is no better than their warranty. The first bracelet was a gift from a dear friend. It Broke on the 2nd day of wearing it. I felt so bad I bought a new one so she would not know. I emailed, they apologized and gave me a credit and told me they would send me a new one too. I advised them that I had already ordered a new one for myself so to please send one to my friend who ordered it for me as a gift so we would both have one. My second one arrived at it two broke the second day I was wearing it. The charm fell off again. They apologized and gave me a credit. I used the credit to buy a new bracelet a different bracelet from them. That bracelet also broke within a week because my dog which is 8 pounds jumped on my lap and the brace that fell off. They won’t cover it by a warranty. My dog is 8 pounds wrist was resting on my lap when she jumped on me and the bracelet just fell off. I will never deal with this company again and don’t recommend buying anything from them. They replied again. The same garbage. No I will not email the same email a 3rd time only to get no response. Absolutely nonexistent horrible customer service. Yes 3 bracelets broke. 2 in 2 days and 1 within a week. I could never recommend this company since their jewelry isn’t made well and they do not abide by any warranty. So again they reply to email again. I have twice and always get no reply but when I place a negative review I get a reply on trustpilot. The same reply every time Ada. The customer service is absolutely awful. I have been trying to resolve an issue with their products for months. The only contact they have had with me has been rude and unhelpful. Extremely disappointing. Save yourself the headache and order elsewhere.

I ordered the stack ring and it was flimsier than demonstrated on picture. The size was correct so up a size. I didn't return it cause I have a diamond stack I could add to the ring to bring it alive. Otherwise it is very small compared to the picture, they should do better with explaining the actual effect on fingers!
