Good quality and value. The pieces are easy to care for and durable. I’ve also ordered a couple of customizable pieces - photo locket for my daughter and a leather bracelet for my son. Both were terrific and look great. Their customer service is also excellent and prompt in responding if there is an issue.

I would love more silver choices
I love your jewelry and would buy a lot more but only wear silver snd you don’t do a lot in silver

Ordering large quantities was easy. I ordered 24 items for my support squad and it was a very easy process from viewing and selecting product to getting the discounts.

I have bought several pieces of Mint & Lily jewelry and all pieces are beautiful! To be honest, I had one issue with a ring, but the Customer Happiness Rep, Gina, was amazing! She was kind, understanding, helpful and handled the situation immediately and sent me a replacement. It was that easy! She made an effort to let me know I was a valued customer and she showed this with her excellent customer service skills! Many thanks again, Gina!!! 🤩

I have loved everything I’ve gotten
I have loved everything I’ve gotten. The only complaint I have is some of the pieces are much smaller than what was represented. Luckily, I have seven granddaughters so I’ve been able to gift some of the items to my granddaughters. I would like to see the double hoops with I think they’re called Luna in a little bit larger size for us over 70-year-olds.

Order not shipped and misleading answer
Frankly, I regret placing an order with this company. Therr are very quick to send marketing and promotional emails, yet they have failed to provide accurate information regarding my order status. To make matters worse, the responses provided by your conversational agent have been inaccurate and misleading. I was told my order had been shipped when, in fact, it had not? This misinformation only added to the frustration and wasted my time. Thé company has failed to meet the promised timelines and refuse to refund.

**update: emailed the email below and they told me to send to a different address. I have no idea what this company is doing but they are awful with customer “satisfaction”. Do not buy from them. Love the beaded bracelet
Love the beaded bracelet - "Dont let the hard days win". Inspirational and comforting as it reminds me daily to be strong and positive. Bought it when I was diagnosed with breast cancer in March.
