I hit upon this amazing pemf products Lately. I would like to commend customers service Lisa Zhang for her Speedy & efficient; responsive & presence to answer my questions even after office hours! I have received the three pemf products. (not ready to use yet due to femur hip surgery; Thanks to Lisa for helping me through all these while! Will share my opinions after using the product. My mom tested the mat but it didn’t response. I emailed for help. Anne was professional and got back to me quickly. Mom followed the clear instruction to test again. It works! She’s very happy now! Thank you so much Anna, very appreciated!
The new mini magic auto stopped after 30 seconds. I contacted the customer service for assistance. The staff followed through the case and found that the power supply in the main unit is not ok. A new main unit is sending to me for further testing.
This is a company that answers. I had quite a complicated question about choosing between the big and mini magic instruments. It is not simple, in my case. Anna answered quickly, but mainly it was clear that she really read and understood my difficulty, and her answer was helpful and timely.

My mini magic quit working within 3 or 4 months and the company is sending me a replacement (I had to provide all sorts of information first). I am excited as I liked the results I get with it a lot.

Customer support person Soki was very responsive, helpful, and knowledgeable. My power supply and Ray Gun were faulty but covered under the one year warranty. Replacement is to be sent to my shipping address, and I am looking forward to use again of this valuable healing tool.

I recently bought a big Magic Mat from Miramate. Unfortunately, I connected the device up wrongly. I turned to the Support team at Miramate for help and was contacted by the wonderful, friendlyand helpful Tina, who patiently talked me through what I had done wrong. She was so helpful! Great customer service esp online chat agent Zoey! I was in payment checkout page but the page was gone. So zoey manually sent me a paypal invoice link so I can be back to the final checkout steps. Look forward to Ray gun and hope it can ease my pain!
Very good service - I got an exchange device after my unit broke.
My husband and I have good friends who told us about MiraMate. Once I tried the cold laser wrist X, I was sold. My husband has been in a lot of pain from an accident during the floods two years ago. During the same floods I fell from a high vehicle and splinched my left leg breaking the tib and fib at ankle level. A couple of weeks later they realised my hip was also broken. We noticed immediate relief on trying out the cold laser and PEMF. Easy to use - amazing results!
Had a minor glitch at check out with a discount code that worked for only one of the two items I was purchasing. KY (not sure if I am allowed to mention her name here) at MiraMate Light was quick to understand the problem and come up with a solution so I could complete my order for both items and still use the discount.
