I love Mixbook
I love Mixbook. I build large, complex 'coffee table' travel books of our trips. The site is easy to use, the help chat box give me instantaneous answers so I don't get hung up, and the final product is magnificent. I only wish they had a pagination function as I put a Table of Contents in the front of my book and end up doing page numbers, each one at a time ... painfully time consuming! I have another book in the works as I write.

I loved using Mixbook to make a photo album for my son and his girlfriend documenting their time together in college. The album came out beautifully and it was a perfect send off gift for his girlfriend who is starting Veterinary School. She loved it!!

I am a repeat customer ordering several books and usually 3 or more each order so ea. family member can have one (I give as gift) I spend hours preparing a book 110 pages which I know you over charge ea. extra page but Im use to your system. I saw 55% celebration coupon. When I applied it took $266.87 off of $988.36 with bal. of $823.44. I expected $543.60 so bal. $444.76 ea. book Needing 4 books $1,779.04 is a lot but at least acceptable, now I will have to start over with another company which is LOTS of work. $3,393.76 which includes shipping I am not sure why it's been free before. There is absolute NO WAY I could afford that. This is very disappointing That's as much as another vacation. I am so sad! as I was excited about how this book turned out. Repeat customer no more.

There was an error in my first book
There was an error in my first book. They not only corrected it but let me make several other changes that I wanted after seeing the book and made me a second one for free. The customer service was great.
