Ordered items on 20th November, 17 days ago now. Tracking detail has shown "with sender" since this was issued on 24th November. No communication from Mobspares either.
Item has been despatched from China but there is no mention of this on their website, quite deceptive. Had I known this prior to ordering, I would have never used this retailer.

Ordered a phone battery on 8th Nov, no receipt received for my purchase, luckily I made a note of my order number, contacted MobSpares on 17th Nov as order hasn't arrived, given Yodel tracking number, it says "With Sender", apparently my order shipped on 11th Nov. Contacted Mobspares again on 23rd, still "With Sender", MobSpares say it's on a flight. Asked to cancel order but no response, today is 25th and still "With Sender". Gave up waiting for the battery to arrive and ordered from another supplier. Battery actually turned up on 28th Dec, 20 days after I ordered it, so I've given an extra star. MobSpares I suggest you give a more accurate estimated delivery date and keep your customers informed, at the minimum you should acknowledge the order by sending a receipt.

I bought from them Ulefone Night Vision camera, which in that time, I didn't think WHY it should NOT work with their one of the latest and the best tough phones in the World.
Well, while I was waiting for camera to arrive, I've contacted Ulefone's Customer Services who told me that this camera DOESN'T work with my Ulefone Armor 18T phone 😢
I immideatelly contacted MobSpares to tell them that I will return their package as soon as it arrives. Yes, I was waiting a few more days than usual, but ... when package arrived, MobSpares wanted me to return back to China my camera.
When I went to Post Office and they told me that I would need to pay just under £25, I've decided NOT to return, but rather place it in a bin, as I was very upset in that time.
Well, in the evening, I've decided to open package and give it a try and check WHY this camera doesn't work with my phone.
As I wrote above: Ulefone Customer Services told me that their Night Vision Camera doesn't work with my phone. WHY?! Because, it DOESN'T work with THEIR Android app, which is crap. It just keep crashing, that's why their app has a bad reviews in Google Store. If Ulefone have invested in developer to make a good app for this camera, they wouldn't have such bad reviews in Google Store.
Anyway, I've downloaded and tried various apps for endoscope and this sort of camera, and found THREE (3) apps that this camera actually WORKS with my phone.
The only thing I have to find out is, how I can use controls that are on a cable. Control that changes from normal to night vision works perfectly, but buttons to take a picture or video, DON'T work, but ... I can control them via phone.
Next morning, I received an email from MobSpares, who sent me address for their UK warehouse to send my camera to.
So, I just want to thank MobSpares to be helpfull as much as they can be.

Order placed on 15 September... paid FOR EXPRESS, it is 26 September the shipment is still not there, traknig royal mail shows that "Sender has despatched item on19 september" .
Sent 3 emails asking when I can expect delivery, all 3 were ignored and none were answered.
I got a reply something like
" sorry we can't do anything, we don't know where your package is, just wait"

As according the review the problem was with the delivery process, will try to give a summary of the process below.
Step1. Order placed - September 15
Step2. We normally send all packages within 72 hours ( Mon-Fri)
Package was sent / collected by the delivery company on September 19, The shipment was not delayed.
Step3 - Transit process.
For the delivery method chosen at checkout transit time is 5 - 10 working days, you probably saw this at checkout.
September 19 - Dispatching day.
September 20 - 1st day - In transit to the final delivery company
September 21 - 2nd day - In transit to the final delivery company
September 22 - 3rd day - In transit to the final delivery company
September 25 - 4th day - In transit to the final delivery company
September 26 - 5th day - In transit to the final delivery company
September 27 - 6th day - Arrived in UK and received By Royal Mail
September 28 - 7th day - Package delivered.
September 29 - 8th day -
October 2 - 9th day -
October 3 - 10th day -

Tracking Number has no information. Support doesnt answer.
Update:
Support answered me! I should have more patience :D
Will update this again, if product is comming.
Update2: Battery was defect. Support wrote me to make some proofs to refund me.
