Update vacation Package
I signed up for a vacation package ealier in the year, but I forgot what the details were. Upon calling in today,Aug. 3, 2026, I was greeted by Gine Ferraro, who helped me update my package information. She was also able to go over my previously made reservations to make sure I had all the correct information. Ms Ferraro was very attentive to my concerns and was truly knowledgeable in answering my questions. I rate my experience with her as a "10".

She searched several hotels with various available dates to find us a nice hotel on the beach with a short reservation time (1 week until travel date)! Customer service
When I paid for the hotel, I didn’t know I had to give 30 day notice. So, I wanted a refund because I was planning to use it for my wedding anniversary in 2 weeks. Well, I talked Grace in customer service and she was amazing. She was genuinely concerned about my situation, and even tried to accommodate my anniversary stay. Unfortunately, she was not able to accommodate my anniversary, however, and more importantly, was her compassion and willingness to help. It was because of her I decided not to request a refund.

I was assisted by AISHA GUDGER today at the Monster Reservation Line- I called her with 8 different destinations in mind for a very specific timeframe for my besties birthday trip and she provided excellent assistance and was incredibly patient with me as we narrowed it down - landing on a trip to Williamsburg, VA. So excited to travel again with Monster...we have been on 2 trips with them so far and everything has been great!
