Horrible experience and Terrible…
Horrible experience and Terrible company. They stole from me and lied when I requested a refund. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company, especially if you are a person of color. They even used a person of color to deny my claim. I asked to speak with someone in management about this and was denied. I also wrote the owner of the company and received no response. Think twice before giving them your credit card information as they also charged my credit card later for a cruise without my approval.

My Reservation Agent, Brandy Congleton worked so diligently until she got the dates I needed for our family vacation. I will definitely book with Booksi and Montster again and would recommend it to anyone.

As much as I wanted to give a 5 star for this review, the lack of COMPLETE information is extremely frustrating. The saving grace was rep Brandy Congleton who was patient and understanding and provided me with correct information and great options. My suggestion is to try to ask the questions that you don't know you need to ask, because you may not get a Brandy.

Haven't taken my first trip yet due to a work injury, but bought my packages almost 2 years ago. Have my 1st trip planned for this October and scheduling was simple. I did have an issue and was lucky enough to be helped by Eric Sarvis, who was extremely helpful.

Outstanding Customer Service
I spoke to Martrize Washington when I called in for a change to my package. This young man was amazing. His personality, his ability to correct an error on part of another person was just outstanding. Misunderstanding
Troy from guest services was very helpful. However , I was told I could not get a refund as it was just past 30 days. The problem with that is no one informed me of 120 minute required timeshare presentation until it was past 30 days. He explained I could see presentation at Cape Cod once it is available & he can’t make booking for 2027 yet. Cape Cod is now booked until Dec, I can call at later time to make reservation in 2027.
