August 6, 2026. Bevon Reid was professional, very pleasant and knowledgeable of products and services that Monster offers witch makes Bevon exceptional in the Customer Service arena. Also he was very very patient and addressed and answered all my questions and concerns, over and over again until I understood them. This review will cover 18 months and is ongoing, is made after talks with many representatives, and is made pending the completion of the first reservation and fulfillment of the promises made. First, it is important to the mention the mis-communication between Booksi and the Monster Reservations Group. It needs great improvement. In January 2025 I paid for a vacation package reservation with Booksi who said fulfillment would be made by Monster. In addition to unexpected additional requirements to receive confirmation of what I was offered, I spoke with many Monster representatives including managers who promised to send me in writing what I had been originally offered when I booked with Booksi. I was never able to receive in writing that confirmation including offers of inducements from additional days/nights and special dates and offers, until today when I was called by the superviser Nicolas O'brian, vetted by verification agent Kay Mallory and was sent in writing the almost complete offer by Sydney Hunter of the Reservations group who did a great job in answering the remaining questions which I could think of today. I did not ask but was offered for free the "white gloves" package which can cost (after reading on the internet) $169. I must now wait up to 48-hours for the complete package description and additional offers which will be critical to my final decision . I must add that I am an experienced traveler, having lived in Europe over 30 years and traveled extensively around the world accumulating hundreds of thousands of miles from flights so I am very cautious about all offers. Time will show if I can be convinced of the merits of Holiday Inn timeshare membership and develop trust that statements and offers are true and competitive.

Communication
I spoke with Israel this evening to inquire about a charge which landed on my credit card. He was more than helpful at jogging my memory and reintroducing me to the vacation plan, really a vacation program, that I had purchased. Israel was able to email me a new confirmation letter and welcome letter that helped to explain the program. When I called, I was dubious but now I am excited again. Next stop is my calendar to decide when we can go some place amazing! Thank you Israel. I shall ask for yu in the future!
