So slow when we r in a hurry and sometimes it'll be in restock and even when we got to customer service chat the queue will be so long or it'll be like 2~3 and when waiting it'll just automatically take us back to the homepage and now I can't even access the Live chat and have to wait hours

This site is INCREDIBLY hit-and-miss. Sometimes the payment gateway doesn't work, sometimes you'll het your key instantly, other time, after 24 hours or more. The straw that broke my back was a recent experience where it took over 24 hours for me to receive the keys for few steam wallet codes. And then when I did, the license key page just wasn't loading. And customer service was no help, just counseling me to try tomorrow, or in a few hours, or.. who no when. And to top it off, I wanted to delete my account I was told that ACCOUNTS CANNOT BE DELETED. So they HOLD YOUR DATA HOSTAGE!!! Definitely not complient with either GDPR, and US state law. AVOID THIS BUMBLING SITE!
