i ordered steam gift cards over 2 months ago i sent money to the address they provided via crypto and payment refused to be completed i contacted support which they ghosted me keep contacting them daily who also provide nothing other than "the required team will contact you" i have sent emails multiple times no reply no answer just complete ghosting this is just a scammer website in disguise with useless support who just ghost you instead of giving updates or info no refund no codes so far nothing wouldn't recommend them

Moogold keeps refunding my orders for no reason, stating the reason being that the order limit for the account has reached. However that is not true as I have screenshots that show that there were no orders made, thus they refund for no reason, and refuse to escalate or help solve the problem.

Moogold is just a scam, when you buy an gift card you wont know whether its available or not. You will only be able to know its out of stock when you make the payment successfully. They will say you will be able to get the gift card within 72hours. But when asked on live support, they said to me that it may take more than a week according to the number of purchases. Actually this is not how buisness should be done. We have our right to know if its out of stock, so that we can look in other websites. We just cant rely on you guys for week after oaying you. Most of the sellers provide the gift cards withing an hour.

After providing all the necessary documents after my purchased, they keep asking for other documents. It went on for 2 days until I realised it was not going anywhere and gave up. Enjoy my hard earned money. Never using this service again.
False advertisement, slow service
I placed an order after seeing that all orders are delivered automatically which is advertised on their home page. Then, I saw it will take 30 min to deliver on the product description page. So after placing order, I got a message that it will take 1 hour to verify the order. After passing more than 90 mins, I contacted with them again about my order, but they kept saying the same shit, they notified the authority. So what’s the point of doing false advertisements and harassing customers? I wouldn’t recommend this website at all.
