My email was changed and it was not me…
My email was changed and it was not me who changed it. Now upon receiving the email that my email was changed i wrote an email to their CS and even chat them. But not a single email wrote back to me. Even there chat service sucks they give me the same answers over and over again for the last 2 months. Yes for two months i havent heard any from their CS in email or chat. I dont recommend this site. When having a problem they are so slow in addressing your concern. Very disappointing.

It's been 12 days since my complaint. I have 500 dollars in my moogold wallet with no support or return. I've spent more than 10,000 dollars in the last few months so that in the end this is what they consider their customers. They don't give a damn about me and my problem

I actually bought from them gift card for 100$ , when i tried to buy another one i got “restocking” and i should wait 72h because “THERE’S NO STOCK” , i said ok no problem , but my friend bought 2 of it at the same day and he got them , when i talk to support to ask them for help the changed their words and said “delivery time is in 72h” , the support agent name is Alison , he replies like robot actually copied message and just repeating it , the only thing that i need is my gift card , i sent to the email support and waiting for them to reply

Banned account with balance in wallet
I am a very active user and recently had my account banned because after waiting 3 days to receive a gift and getting no response, I asked for a refund. After the refund where I didn't receive the product and the refund was confirmed, my account was simply banned. With a balance equivalent to 500 dollars in my moogold wallet. I sent emails, contacted support and nothing happened. I simply lost my money

That i was not able to verify my number as there was a bug saying that my number has been blocked and come after 1 hour and i waited for more than a hour but still it was showing like before and at last i asked helped from customer service and i talk with Alvin and he helped me very well and verified my number ayy i was so stressed for once as i already deposited money in my account without verifying but now I'm very happy as the credit goes to Alvin so thank you so much bro alvin for helping me..☺

The product page on MooGold advertised “Instant Delivery Supported,” but after I purchased, my order was held for "Identity Verification," even though they had already taken my payment. They demanded personal documents, including: 1. A photo of my credit card, showing the first 6 and last 4 digits, cardholder name, bank name, and expiry date 2. A bank statement for the account connected to the credit card Customer support was a nightmare. Responses were copy-pasted, and when I asked for clarification, it took the representative (Crimson) three minutes just to reply with a few words. I felt like I was talking to someone who was either inexperienced or simply didn’t care. When I finally asked for a refund, I was told it would take 7–14 days, which is absurd for a company claiming "instant delivery." This whole experience has been misleading, frustrating, and far from professional. Avoid MooGold if you expect straightforward, timely service.

Having problem to checkout, support told me to clear the cookies to fix the checkout issue (I mean, I just visited a while and straight come up this issue) Okay after cleared the cookie need to verify phone number before checkout, I did make sure my phone number is correct but still having issue on verification, the steps provided by support were too tedious (I mean, I never encounter this type of phone verification on anywhere but why this website have so many problem) I give up and pass!
