Mostly customer service. I've been with this brokerage company for a few months now. I haven't had any issues with deposits or withdrawals. Moomoo recently started allowing trading with prediction markets and that has been a blast. Honestly, this brokerage is great for both experienced and beginners learning how to trade. Their educational resources are incredibly helpful. I highly recommend this brokerage for people looking into trading.

I had asked for assistance and got some but I am still confused as to what do. I thought I had bought Space X stocks but instead I invested into this stock trade program. I have several thousands of dollars sitting in my bank account I thought I could withdraw the money but I was told that it wasn't possible. I understand that this all on me but if I could get some advice as to how to trade on this site I would greatly appreciate it.

This a lot of times seems more like a video game, than a trading platform. Promotions and bonuses are not transparent.

There are so many trading apps which promise everything asides the kitchen sink, Moomoo were different they give you all the information you want, are 100% honest and I’ve bought a couple of low value with the intention of investing more…a few too many alerts but you can ignore…we’ll see

Moomoo has a lot of details for technical analysis. If u are a deep analysts, then it is good for u. Otherwise u can just switch those info off. The AI function is also very useful for beginners.

Excessive margin and predatory Friday liquidations—Refund demanded I am ready to close my account and move

I am ready to close my account and move to Webull due to Moomoo’s terrible capital efficiency and predatory forced closures. As a vertical spread trader, capital efficiency is key. Moomoo holds an excessive $200 per contract in buying power, while Webull only holds $100 for the exact same risk. Furthermore, Moomoo frequently forces liquidations on expiring Friday positions—even when safely out-of-the-money. Instead of closing at the minimum $0.01 rate, your system routinely forces fills at $0.02 or $0.03. This past Friday, your risk department forced out my SPY 721/720 and 714/713 spreads at these inflated rates. This has happened so many times over the last couple of years that it has drained hundreds of dollars from my small account. I cannot afford these arbitrary, death-by-a-thousand-cuts fees anymore. I am demanding a refund for the unfair liquidation fees on Friday's SPY trades. If Moomoo cannot offer competitive margin requirements, fair execution, and reverse these predatory charges, I am migrating my funds to Webull immediately.

the platform take a bit to get used to but all in all pretty good. Only thing I wish is they would include the cryto account on the desktop. It's on the app but would be nice to view on the desktop version.

As a new investor
