Well i have small investments here and another company and comparing the listing and all the auction aspects right now with Moomoo I totaled my deposits and seeing my balance is not correct im still reviewing why my funds are not all there..I do understand stocks go up and down..but its like 700.00 short on my balance sheet..im concerned about this and im looking this..at this exact time its not clear and im waiting and studying these questions..

Good Tool

Good Tool - Especially for Option Traders a lot of facility. The UI can be improved further but if you keep on using then the navigation becomes easier

What's new on your app, that helps

I was off and on your app for a good while. Looking for the best app to deal with, and I have some stock market experience. But, things are changing. One I noticed with all the apps,is they pick and choose what they want on there app. But, why don't they have certain stocks on the app. That's why I left cash app especially, alot of stocks were missing. Apps are changing, even yours. Possibly will keep you in mind.

Although sometimes it can seem slow as far as trading options, overall I really like it. It's very informative with lessons and the community

It provides a lot of details

It has a lot of details, charts, fundamentals, technical details and so much that other brokers simply don't have. Love using moomoo for trading. But unfortunately in Robinhood you can use the same money to buy and sell stocks multiple times in a day. In Moomoo, you need to wait the other day. That's the only bad thing.

Decent

Decent site with rewards that take a long time to accumulate. Takes a few days for bank transfers to credit which impedes trades.

Easy use! I love that everything I need to make decisions is on the app.

IPO's

I was hoping for some guidance in investing in IPO's

Wasn’t easy processing.

Opening account was easy. So much hassle after that for transfer of funding to account. I was hoping to start trading soon but without funding enough money I couldn’t start trading and now I think I shouldn’t have opened account with Moomoo.

Bait and switch, approval...

So I went to the trouble to upload my documents received no bonus to do this. But I complied. So you got all my personal information that I reluctantly rarely give away. At this point I am apparently approved. So I look to prpetuals and I find that no I'm not getting approved. So Is has just been a bait and switch. Don't feel bad, Everyone is doing it. I apply for a brokerage account, then they won't approve me for options trading. I don't do business with bait and switch approvals. Nope, will not get caught up with your customers service line, it is nonsense as well with some financial wizard telling me how I am allowed to spend my money. Not approved that's that. I am done with you! Good luck kicking people around on your site.

Love the platform but I gotta go.

Love the platform and ease of use. Absolutely Dislike being restricted from buying stock that MooMoo says that considers (risky). It’s always the best stocks of the day. Hate to do it but I have to change brokers because of this one reason.

Support of Moomoo is terrible

Support of Moomoo is terrible. To transfer assets was not a problem but to take assets out is next to impossible. They keep asking for more documents, constantly changing what they need and eventually changing that as well. Moreover, there is no ACAT transfers from Moomoo. Subsequently it takes longer than 3 weeks. I am dealing with the issue already for longer than 1 month and still there is no end. Another issue of serious concern, they use unsecure email for information transfer with important private data. And they don't offer other way to send requests or communications. I am planning to report to SEC and FNRA. That said, the trading platform is fairly decent and could be used. If not for disastrous experience with customer service, I might have continued using it.

I think moo moo overall is good

I think moo moo overall is good, exotic options needs to be more available case by case. I literally teach exotic options and I couldn’t get approved lol. Showed them screenshots, two other brokers well known that I’m approved all levels and still no. That’s just automated with no one looking or they just don’t care. I don’t know but that parts a little broken.

I use my desktop computer to trade

I use my desktop computer to trade, very steep learning curve to learn the platform, simple task of rolling an option is not available, only available on mobile platform. I have to navigate to watch list tab to look at my portfolio and also for charts. There’s NO P &L chart for an option trade, THE most important thing for option trading . There’s lot of useful information on the platform, reason for signing up. I really would like to some tutorial videos added for users like me. The one thing I would like is adding a feature that allows the cost basis of ongoing trade I would be happy to answer any questions
