We wait months for the product to come
We wait months for the product to come, I signed up for a subscription and even then it doesn’t show up. I asked for it to come monthly and we still wait like three months so after doing this for a couple different times I canceled the subscription. The product itself works fine and it’s disappointing that I can’t get it but it’s not worth a headache.

I have 3 orders of gummies on backorder for over a month. I tried a drink that was said to have same ingredients. It tastes terrible and doesn’t work. I still cannot get any updates on my backorders. No one is emailing me back and I also have paid for all three bags on backorder order. Starting to think this company is a scam

The product looked as if it had been run over, the gummies were flat and overly moist! There isn’t enough product to get through a full month, and the time from the order is too long ! With a subscription I would think when you debit my account you would mail them out the same day not a week to 10 days later!!I am out almost 2 weeks before I get my next order!
Moon Brew’s gummies customer service not great
I really loved Moon Brew’s gummies, which is why this experience has been so disappointing. I’ve been charged for my last three orders, but there is no record of them in my account. I never received the products, and I never received any shipping information. Customer service has been extremely frustrating. Emails have gone unanswered, and the chat is just an AI bot that wasn’t able to help resolve the issue. It’s unfortunate because I genuinely enjoyed the product, but I can’t recommend ordering from a company that charges customers without providing the order or meaningful customer support. I hope they improve their customer service because the product itself was great.

I have been waiting over 4 weeks for my order. I was contacted and told that it would be delayed 2-3 weeks and received an apology video. Sadly, no communication since then other than advertising for other products. I love the product just wish I could get it and get a few more updates.

Great product - the wait time for shipping and delivery is unacceptable. It takes months at this point to receive an order. I've canceled my reoccurring order. It should have shipped in May, I received an email saying it would take an additional 2-3 weeks at best and I'm a few weeks beyond that point. This was after waiting 5 weeks for another order so I give up for now. I'm hopeful they can restock their inventory and keep up with demand in the near future and I can return as a customer.

Terrible customer service - stay away
They sent me a shipment without notifying me when I had already moved. Didn’t give me a chance to change my address before it was shipped. I instantly sent en email asking them to cancel and they didn’t. When I was finaly able to contact them the said there was nothing they could do, no refund or send a new one to the right address. Then they stopped answering my emails. Sketchy company, stay away.

My order was processed on June 6th. I have yet to receive the product. I have Not heard back from the company on anything other than sorry for the delay, but no update on when it will be shipped. I have Asked for a refund with no response. As of June 26th, the company has stopped returning emails to me.
Buying what exactly?
Their products are great, fulfillment? Needs an overhaul. This is the SECOND time this company has charged me for my order, but I have to pester them 10 or more days later to actually send my order. Their customer service is non-existent. All they have is an AI chatbot that can't actually "do" anything. The chatbot promises that a real person will get back to you within 24 hours, but they don't. If sleep is remotely important to you, don't depend on this company for anything.

Product is amazing! Has truly helped me Sleep and helped me with night sweats! However shipments are few and far between even on autoship. I’ve tried ordering extra just to have backup, but the shipping has taken so long I’m still without!

I placed an order on June 17th; still nothing
I placed an order on June 17th. On July 1 i inquired about the status of shipping the order. I got an ai response saying it was sitting in a fullfillment queue with no date of expected shipment. I requested to cancel the order and my subscription. Then i received a human response saying they were experiencing a backlog...so I said please cancel again..they said they could give me a discount. I requested a refund and a cancelation two more times. They canceled my subscription but not the order which they were going to discount. Again, I said no on July 6th, I'd like that orderalso canceled and refunded. They replied on the 7th saying that it had shipped ...and gave me tracking. HMMM...tracking said the label was created on July 6th and it still hasn't been received by DHL as of July 7 at 2pm. I have now responded that I requested cancelation and a refund long before the label was created and I still want my refund. This is SHADY AF.
